ad
Been doing research for a few months now and honestly don't know what to go with. I have the type of body that is almost impossible to gain weight and im tired of it not helping so im turning to steroids to see if it'll help me out a little. Ive been thinking about taking sustanon 250 twice a week and 40mg of dbol everyday (first 6 weeks) for a 12 week cycle. Any advice on how I should go about this?

Like people say, start eating more instead. You can start thinking about AAS in 6-8 years. Enjoy your youth while it lasts!
Like everyone has stated below the juice will do u nothing but waste your money & harm your health at 18 yrs old. Would not even consider till at least 30 & over. At your age its all about the food, protein 2grams per lb of body weight, carbs before and after workouts, bcaa's, amino acids, calories, creatine, will help u more with what u want & need than AAS. The intensity of your workouts, mixing up the workouts, low volume high reps, high volume low reps which is what i would recommend for weight gain and stregth.
You have to exhaust all of these both diet & lifting and mature with your age before starting any AAS. I have lifted off and on since age 15 and am 50 now just started first cycle a year and half ago. Do u really like the thought of needles in your ass for the rest of your life from messing up your natural Testosterone production because thats what happens when u start at that age. Endless medical bills & visits to the doctor for test monoriting & endless shots in your ass just to try to get back to normal for life. Its not worth it.
Bro trust me it's not worth it. U are just not eating enough. You want to have kids one day right? Start running steroids and u could possible fuck yourself up or end up on trt by late 20's. Think about it bro. You obviously don't know shit about AAS. The side affects like male pattern baldness. If it runs in your family u could be bald at a very young age fucking with steroids. I think u need to jump over to the weight gaining topic and just start reading and researching a bad ass diet to help u put on weight. These guys are here to help but no one on here is going to give u the green light at such a young age. 25 and up. IMHO i still think 25 is to young. Like they said below the viking shake is legit brother. It helped me put on weight with out AAS. It it possible bro. Constancy is key Don't think it going to happen over night. If u really want it u will listen to us bro. It works
I had exact same stats at 18.. whats wrong with that? I would trade spots with you in a heart beat and not ever have to take steroids to get where i want to be.
steroids will do more harm than good at this point in your life, bro.. listen to what these guys are telling you.
Please firstly visit your doctor and make sure you don't have any health issues. I have a friend who was about your height and weight a few years ago and trust me he trained hard. What he didn't do was eat anything with less than 5% fat and was eating 6 meals a day of what I would have put on one plate and had for lunch. Lift heavy compound movements like bench, shoulder press, deadlifts, rows, dips, curls, leg presses, squats. The effort my friend put into lateral raises and kickbacks was commendable but draining him from his already meager diet. Look at this link. http://seannal.com/bodybuilding-macronutrient-calculator.php
It's basic I know but I used to have 4 pints of milk morning and again afternoon plus one 400g can of tuna every morning and evening (drained water, added mayo and ate it. Tasted like shit but protein goes through me). If you train hard you should find you feel hungry all the time. Eat when you do. Eat when you don't. Aim for simple targets like 1.5 times bodyweight on bench, 2 times squat and 2.5 deadlift as 1 rep max target. I'm not suggesting you aim to do 1 rep, but there are apps that split between upper and lower body on this. Generally people train between 6-12 reps for size. http://1rm.io/#/calculator/1rm is an online tool that uses several different methods of calculation by 'experts' if you say 2 reps they vary greatly but put in for example 8 reps and they are pretty consistent. Please try this before you look to jump on the steroid train. The guys saying not to start have experiences of why it's not a good idea. I was 23 or 24 when I was told I could never have kids. Luckily I have had a daughter 2 years ago. It may not seem important now but in the future your priorities may change. All the best.
Eat more bro. It doesn't matter what your genetics are. Start eating 5000 calories a day and youll grow like a weed. You've got plenty of time to gain naturally before using gear. Stay consistent and be patient.
bigmurphNo juice yet bro when I was 18 i only weighed 156 now im 220 eat hard work out and you will grow
Good advice below. "Vike's Shake", would be an awesome addition ur food only arsenal:
-500cc milk
-100g almond butter (pnut butter section)
-100g ground oats
-2 scoops whey/casein
-1 banana
1635 calories is what one of these shakes provides. You need to get a food scale.
Query Harris Benedict Equation and calculate ur BMR for maintenance and with activity.
Can u post ur lifting regimen?
I fucking love the Viking shake. I still down three of them bad boys a day. I just hope youngster takes our advice and holds off on AAS
Anyone who fails to gain adding two of those to their daily food intake is already dead.
No kiddin bro...the almond butter is outstanding...
actually sounds very nice, im going to give that a try for my post workout shake tomorrow.
Its has some thickness to it...
thats what she said............
^^^^^^^ this. MedDx and The Flash are all over this one and have you covered. Work with these guys and diet and training and you will grow grow grow. No AAS fella. Simply not needed at your age and will only cause of massive problems down the line.
TARANISGlad you listened to Flash buddy, so many youngsters don't and ultimately pay the price for the rest of there life's,
Here's your first +1 for Being sensible,
You will get all the info you need about diet and training in the forums.
Lift heavy
Eat big
And keep your heart healthy with some cardio
You're body will thank you, and down the road when your HPTA is finished developing, your body will be primed and ready for AAS, and the results will be tremendously better then if you were to start now.
Listen to these guys man. Tons of food brother and like flash said train hard. Get an app to count your calories. Try 4000 to 4200 calories a day. I promise u will gain weight. Consistency is key bro. Don't do it for a few days and expect to see results. They have weight gain topic hit it up and ask questions.
in my opinion at your age and size theses are staples!
milk
eggs
steak
chicken
cereal
vegetables/ fruits
rice
pasta
multi vitamin
you can use a weight gainer shake if you want, maybe even some kind of pre workout with a bit of creatine.
18 years old? sorry mate, no way. good bye.
Well what would you suggest man?
at 18 mate, your body has not fully developed, your still growing, the amount of natural testosterone you body produces by itself is enough to grow good muscle, steroids have side effects, acne, mental issues, testicular shrinkage, liver, kidney damage, if you dont use them the right way, you can have huge issues, your bodies endocrine system gets shut down and can even cause infertility if unlucky, you want to have kids in the future mate? think about that, trust me, stay away from steroids, its not what you think or see on the tv/ internet, your 140 pounds and 18 years old, your not going to loo like arnie mate, eat heaps of food, train hard and heavy, build a base and train till your 25 then think about steroids.
its not worth it mate, honestly, do a google search for - trt- testosterone replacement therapy- you wanna inject for ever?
Thanks man that helps
eating huge amounts of food, training hard and rooting chicks, you got at least 8 years until you can even touch steroids mate.
do not do it.
Go into detail and fill our young friend in on why he shouldn't start this early and some of the potential issues he can run into down the line.
