Most underrated/overrated AAS? In Your Opinion

From my experience I' d have to say that anavar is the most overrated. I'm not saying that it's a bad compound, I just don't think the benefits live up to the price. EQ is highly underrated because of it's versatility, it can help you put on some nice lean mass, no sides, and it is also helpful when cutting.
Honorable Mention: My good friend dbol has been a double edged sword for me. I love the strength gains that I get from Diana but it also raises my bp FAST and gives me headaches from hell!
