Minimum/optiml eq dosage

ad

I used to see a lot if people say eq at 600mg a week is a solid dose. Now I see more and more people saying it should be runat least 800-900 mg a week. I know it needs to be run for 16 weeks minimum, but this will be my first time running eq. Would 650 mg weekly be a good dose or should I bump it up?

I have the same philosophy, use the minimum effective dose, first for health reasons, also more we use, more it take to work in futur cycles.
I noticed the same thing you did, higher dose doesn't mean more gain

Yeah stick with what your reading down below. 600 ew is a good dose for your first time running EQ. Get to know what its about and how your body reacts. EQ will send your bp sky high sometimes and I get crazy anxiety from EQ. You will get good gains from that dose.

I dont have a problem with a test / EQ run on third cycle personally.

To answer your question, you can make great gains from 400mg/wk test and 600mg/wk EQ. I'm currently running only 500 test / 700 EQ after 10+ cycles....

I concur with my boy SDM. Eq. is a great third cycle. Low and first time is in the 600 range. You will see larger doses from 800-1200 however, if you do a little research you will find educated people on here who have tried various ranges have discovered their sweet spot is 600-800. It depends on your body and how receptive you are to the compound. It also depends on what you are trying to achieve with it and how it relates to your base Test compound. Some people want the extra cardio and quick recovery between sets and you can keep going and going on it. Some people want the vascular look and quality mass gains. (it is a slow gainer by the way so be patient). You will only know how effective it is by trying it and I would start with the baseline of 600 and record your findings.

Any time mate. Might be a bit slow to respond today, some work "crap", (that's a technical term) to deal with ;)

How about some stats brother? You will be more likely to get help if we know your cycle history and age.
