Lumps aka Large Cysts on head ONLY?! Advice?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place to post this but I've got an issue. It's an embarrassing and rather nasty little issue. I've been developing these horrible cysts or lumps on my scalp. Mostly on the crown of my head. They get HUGE and are filled with keratin-as far as I've researched it's keratin-and hurt like hell when I stab and drain them. I believe them to be pilar cysts.."Caused from excess amounts testosterone" supposedly. So, anyone had this scourge to deal with? If so, are AI's the answer? Any help would be mint.

Yea I just figured out I have a small one ontop of my head nothing noticeable though. Also got one on my back and all of these are from in the past year.
AnonDo any of them ever seem to be infected? Sometimes antibiotics can be used or steroidal injections. I think I even read something about botox injections but cant seem to find it and not 100% sure it was talking about pilar cysts specifically. Surgery is an option as long as they remove the entire cyst wall. Even then sometimes they can come back. Sucks bro sorry to hear it. Definitely get a second opinion from a dr though.
Those are hereditary. I get those on my head too. I don't know if juice makes it worse. I've had them surgically removed and I removed two of them by myself. Razor blade, lidocane, alcohol and some super glue
. Don't puncture and try to drain.
1) Fill insulin needle with .3ml lidocane
2) shave any hair then sanitize the area
3) shoot lidocane around the cyst (at the base)
4) wait 10min
5) make an incision as big as the cyst across the top of it
6) you have to cut deep enough to be able to see it (yellow or whitish )
7) now basically with 2 fingers get underneath and pop it out (like a black head)
8) dry off any blood
9) pinch the skin together
10) superglue the whole thing
Taaddaa ! you re done. I've done it twice. Second one was in the back of my head so I had my girlfriend hold a mirror behind me while I was looking at one in front of me. Its fun , but it freaks the fuck out of girls.
GearofWarSo, this big ass keratin filled cyst is like a rather large blackhead? As in, once I drain it I can squeeze the flappy saggy stretched out scalp like a big ole juicy zit?! Tits! The lady would puke at this I think. I'd laugh.
If it comes out in one piece it basically looks like giant zit . Mine never popped. They were more like really soft rubber balls.
AnonMan I've watched people do this before and holy shit, I've been around dead bodies that dont smell as bad lol. Its like oily cottage cheese pouring out, only time in my life I thought I might puke from watching it.
GearofWarDude, this thing isn't like that at all, but I do know what you're talking about. It's not infected therefore no bad smell. Just mostly clear fairly odorless liquid. A bit thicker than water but not much.
AnonThats good cuz it could definitely be much worse. Ive had some cysts before that sound similar to yours but they were on my neck and of course the more I fucked with them the worse they got but I couldn't help it lol.
Small isolated ones you can sometimes drain and they may heal, but large, multiple or recurrent ones most often need to be excised as Broctavius said. There's no way to prevent them unfortunately and they are usually more of a nuisance over time if you have them so thats why you've probably noticed it worse recently whether or not what dose of Test you are using.
GearofWarI also excise them myself often. I'll either use a rig sporting an 18G pin and suck the shit
out best I can or nick it with a razor blade.
Either way, it can hurt at times but I'd rather deal with short-term pain rather than these big disgusting cysts.
Surprised the dermatologist didn't mention treatment options. There aren't many options besides getting a pillar cyst surgically removed. Similar to getting a mole removed. But man I feel for you I'd talk to a different doc for sure if he didn't give you some treatment for it.
GearofWarI know I should seek out a 2nd opinion. It's not that I didn't believe the Derm or was dissatisfied with her knowledge but you are correct in stating that she should've probably discussed options for treatment/removal rather than just: "You're on a medically prescribed TRT protocol, so either drop all the testosterone or deal with the cysts". They said the same thing about acne when I went in.

GearofWarI have. That's what the Derm said about excess Test which makes sense. What DOESN'T make sense is that I've used waaay more Test than this before and I had no issues. At damn near a gram a week before too. Maybe it's a quality issue? I've been cruising using UGL gear and since then it's popped up. But on high dose blasts I use UGL, but it was a different source...
Are ypu on tren? I was on low test high tren when they came out.
GearofWarI haven't used Tren in like 8 months. I'm currently cruising at 250mg of test-e EW. When I was on the Tren I actually had the least amount of "physical sides" aka acne and such.
