"Yes I have researched it"
BULL SHIT
I know this question you posted up is getting on in age....BUT....18 and and running tren? Cramps are the least of your problems....
cdaddy7It's a epidemic brother
Seems like lack of water in muscle to me. Tren can dry you out quite well. Drink at least a gallon of water and take taurine supplements. Creatine should also help.
cdaddy7I would not recommend creatine. Creatine is a very hydrophillic molecule that draws large amounts of water to itself. High doses of purified creatine in workout supplements greatly increase the body's demand for water. If creatine supplements are not taken with enough water, they can cause dehydration, especially during hot weather or intense activity. Muscle cramps can be caused by inadequate blood supply, nerve compression or mineral depletion. Mineral depletion and inadequate blood supply occur during dehydration. Symptoms of dehydration to watch for while taking creatine include dry mouth, low urine output, no tears, sunken eyes and lethargy. Stick with the taurine and bananas and lots and lots of water my man
cdaddy7Taurine is another to consider to help ease the cramps as well. Plenty of water is a must on or off cycle. Muscles is 70% h20 and it helps to flush ur system out and hydrate it
its a normal problem to have..i had them bad sometimes in both legs at the same time, the problem was bananas , as soon i took them out of my diet not had a cramp now in 3 months.nothing to do with the gear...and before the 'experts' come on and saying u need bananas for the potassium, u get more potassium in a potatoe. Its something else in the banana that causes them.cut them out of ur diet and see..
