Is Anavar a good fit for me?

ad

I'm female, 26, 5"6' and 115lbs. I am way too 'skinny' and cannot put on weight. For the last 2 months I've been purposely trying to gain weight (taking gainer, making high calorie shakes, eating more (clean), working out etc.) and I've gained 3 lbs. -_-

Not only do I not like how thin I am, but I want to start REALLY working out and make bigger muscle gains. Everyone keeps telling me that I need to put on body weight before I can expect to see any muscle gains, but I can't seem to gain weight. (Yes, I've talked to a doctor. Nothing is wrong, just a high metabolism) I was originally just lifting weights and avoiding cardio trying to add mass, but now I've just stopped working out all together for the last week, and continue to eat and try and gain weight. But I'd love to be able to gain AND exercise at the same time.

I was complaining to a friend yesterday and he suggested that maybe I should go on a 2 month cycle of 10g of Var.

I've seen a lot of women posting thinking that it is some sort of 'magic pill' that will shred fat and gain muscle. I'm not looking to 'lose' anything, and I am dedicated to eating clean and working out hard. But I know that since I can't seem to get above 115lbs I'll never be able to get the look I want.

Would taking Var help or hurt my cause?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Before I started juice I made myself try to put on as much muscle as I could without it. It takes years of natural training to hit a true peak. But that is the foundation you need to be successful using juice. If you can't gain even naturally then how are you going to maintain results when you come off juice? I would give it more time, food, and effort. And for God's sake, get back in the gym!

what does your diet look like? break it down. lots of people think they eat a lot, which is just their perception when in reality it isn't a lot. Also sometimes people eat a LOT of healthy low calorie food so they think they eat a lot when they are not getting very many calories overall. can you make a sample day of your diet break it by each meal and how much of eat food you eat

I dont think anavar is a good idea. it is Easy to cause female facial acne.
First you should check your thyroid function, Anad then have more protein and fat.

Well in my opinion var is a good choice for a woman. From what you said about you goals of gaining muscle. Var will definitely do that if diet and training are in check. As a first time var user I would start low. 5mg a day for a couple weeks to see how you feel from it. And if you want then bump it up to ten. in two divided doses. In the am an pm.
