injection ?

ad

So I did my second pin yesterday and it's sore today with a small tender lump that's near my bicep. I hit my quads on Monday and although I didn't have a lump my ass was killing me for 2 days straigh, but after that it was completely fine. I've watched various youtube vids and read about injections and am wondering if it could be the juice I have or just a noobie thing?

You have to make the call on when to go to the doctor, of course. It's hard for someone on the other side of the Internet to know what's going on with you.

I can tell you my experience, which was in the left glute. The symptoms were exactly as you describe. Most of the discoloration was below the injection site, consistent with gravity pulling down on an injection that ended up not completely in the muscle. I didn't go to the doctor, and it turned out to be just a bruise. Pain was gone after 10 days.

Had I needed to go to the doctor, my plan was to pay out-of-pocket at a walk-in clinic. Consider that option if you haven't. Doctors get that people do things they know aren't healthy, so I wouldn't worry about "tsk tsk," but if you're worried about your insurance finding out, I totally relate.

The ventros are used for IM injections on infants and small children because of the thickness of the muscle, the lack of dense innervation in the area as well as lack of larger venous and arterial vessels. I've shot everywhere and that is the sweetest of the sweet spots. After 17 years I just started using the ventros and I didn't get a virgin muscle reaction even though I shot prop. IMHO, find a lab that uses MCT oil as a base in their products. It's totally clear and the thinnest IM injection oil there is. It is the least likely oil base to contribute to PIP regardless of the compound. I must say, however, I have not tried water based Winny injectable in the ventros yet. That will be the ultimate test. You also want to avoid any shaking of your hand holding the syringe - it will tear the muscle tissue up and PIP is guaranteed. Also watch the speed at which you inject as well - slower is better.

Bro, this is the best place to inject. Should have no pip here. No guarantee, but not likely.

2900 calories? I lose weight at that level. If you want to gain, 3500-4000 might be better. 500 cal/day = 1 pound/week - approximately.

"without gaining fat" is not the way to go. Gain some fat and burn it off later. Not excess fat - but some - or else you are limiting yourself.

Pain near bicep sounds scary. Err on the high side. You do not want to hit the axillary nerve.

I've only injected 6 times, but I am finding keeping the needle still is very important. This is a tradeoff with time spent. It helped me to really bottom out the needle so it has a "seat" on the little plastic cross. Also always maintain relaxation in the target muscle.

I tried the usual suspects, but for me the quad is preferred by far.

Bro that little knott is called pip (post injection pain) and everyone gets a lil pip from time to time. Second off I dont know why the knott would be by your bicep when it should be on your dealts. Third why is some saying when I clicked on your photo that another username has your pic but with different stats?? Forth if you really are what your stats say then I would have to say you need to eat more and gain a few more pounds natural before running gear.
