I'm a beginner and need help on what steroids are best to take which have fast results.. safe and look defined
ad
I'm 24.. UK.. 6ft4 maybe taller and I have been struggling with my body for some time..
I've been thinking about taking steroids for a while but need better knowledge first
I am wanting to have a big size but not huge... a defined body and to have quick results but do everything correctly and safely.
I just need help on knowing the best thing to buy and how many times I need to take them and what with.
Once I have reached my goal I will be coming off steroids gradually but that's a separate matter for now.
Can someone who is taking steroids and has a great build.. living a happy life and has had no problems with steroids please help me out.
I will be buying some in a month once I know exactly what it is I need.
Thanks allot.

Food. Loads of it.
Lets see .... Big size, Defined, quick results, and no problems.......
Sry buddy it just doesn't work that way. I would start with at least 10 yrs of dedicated work in the gym.
I'm not being ugly, your just not being realistic. Steroids do not work that way.
Fuck me !! I can't believe the IDIOTS!! this site draws !! Steroids are not a short cut to hard training and proper diet dick wad!! Hit the gym for a while ! Fuck I hate posts like this !!
I'm really getting tired of you holding back. Let us know how you really feel! ;-)
Learn about how diet and lifting with regular supplements affects your body. Do that and some research for about a year, and only then, if you deem it a necessary option, pursue AAS. After you are 25, you probably want to start with a basic Test E 500mg weekly cycle with PCT. Just advice from experience, bro. Keep at it though, you're proper time will come.
Judging by this guys stats and his ridiculous post i would bet that he has never even tried to diet and train hard. You will never get far in any aspect of your life looking for the easy way out all the time. What you need to do is simple, work hard and put some effort in! Steroids are suppose to be used for people who have reached there maximum NATURAL potential not for people like you who are 6'4" 179lbs. I really do hope you listen to everyone on here, these are great people who know what they are talking about.
Crickets from the OP. Someone must have PM'd him a cycle.
Bro this asshole cant be serious. The real question here, is what the fuck is the real motivation behind this post and others like it. When i first started looking into juice i qas serious about it and just can't imagine the mindset that would produce this assholes attitude or just otherwise mentality in general.
What boggles my brain about these post is that once you start laying out groundwork like diet and training and what not the op either vanishes or doesn't respond for days.
I'm not gonna take credit for this term - it came from Viking. We are getting an influx of "steroid junkies" coming into the site. With roids so easy to get, people are treating them like street drugs. These people are not athletes, not even gym rats - folk that think they can take a few pills, go to bed and wake up looking like the Hulk. I'm dead serious.
No doubt. People are talking about them and viewing them as casually as multivitamins. It's like steroids are becoming the new "30 minutes a day, three times a week for a rock hard, sculpted body" infomercial products. Scary
AnonI always pop some drol before hittin my p90x, SO?!?!?!?!?
Yes sir I agree with you and remeber vike making that statement. That's the downfall of most, they think it's a miracle and a shortcut. Then their dreams are shattered when it doesn't work out for them. Seen it many times myself lots of guys show up hit the sauce and 3 months later they vanish. It's a vicious cycle
Not to mention the guys who jump on indefinitely at 19, 20 because "BB4Lyfe" and then by the time they are 23, 24 they are burnt out, have priorities other than that "BBLyfer" and now have a barely functioning HPTA.
I've experienced the burnt out feeling myself, and it's funny because it's not really the gym that burns you out but everything else... Whether it be your job, relationships, schoolwork, whatever... Everything affects you mentally, and those of the guys who don't treat this as a lifestyle are those that get burnt out and suffer from their "hard rider" attitude. The guys who do look at this as a part of themselves, an extension of who they are, they get burnt out, reprioritize issues in life, and get back in the gym giving it 110% to make up for lost time. I just don't know if there truly is a way to get that point accross to the youngins nowadays.
Callum,
The gents below have covered painstakingly everything that needs to be said here and I hope you soak it all in. I would like to know, that being said, what you think steroids do exactly? How do you think steroids fit in with your training in the gym and with what you eat. What have you learned about steroids and who did you learn it from?
GearHead
Steroids aren't the easy, fast route. That's a huge misconception that mainly the media puts out. Steroids are a crutch after you meet your natural potential to break through your plateau. They also take hard work and dedication. Everyone wants a "quick fix" but steroids won't help you here. Do some more research, train and diet dedicated for awhile, then come back with different motives and we can help set you up on the right path.
Excellent advice from everyone here
+2 to all of you
My brother,
Your gains won't come easy if you're not pounding down double mc cheesies.
How's your body supposed to grow if you don't feed it any potatoes?
How are you gonna put on any size of you don't double down on the sides?
Also, I am going to quote you here "... And to have quick results but do everything correctly and safely"
Results do not come quick if you jump into this and do it quickly and safely. It's a full blown lifestyle and it takes many, many years to get to where I imagine you want to be. Even though steroids can allow you to make progress much quicker, that is only if you have already put in the years of hard work, research and trial and error to learn your body, how it reacts to different training techniques, your diet, how it responds to different levels of caloric intake, different macro/micro mixes and most importantly, have maximized your natural growth.
The good news is that you are in the right place to learn and if you make the commitment and stick to it you can not only change your body, you can change your entire life for the better.
Good luck and feel free to send me a friend request if you would ever like advice or want to ask questions via pm. I would be happy to help
Looks like the verdict is in gents.
TronThe first thing you need to understand is diet and nutrition. If your diet sucks steroids will do you no good and you may find at the age of 24 just the right diet, workout program, and supplementation will give you the results you are looking for. You are asking what kind and how much to take so you obviously haven't done one ounce of research... use that search key at the top of page and you will find everything you are looking for.. but take my advice.. stay away from aas as long as you can. If you don't know what you're doing with 100 percent certainty you will mess yourself up for good.. impotent, gyno, permanent testicular atrophy, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, low T, and to add to all that fun you will look worse afterwards than you did before... still interested? Do research, come back and post the cycle you have chosen with PCT, diet, and workout plan.. then we can help critique it.
Please do your own research, and stop looking for shortcuts. You are 24 and over 6' 4" yet you only weigh 13.5 stone (189lbs) you should be asking questions in the Training, Diet and Nutrition section and after a few years of hard work maybe then you can start thinking of a cycle.
Alright bro, I've got your back. what you need to get it loads of oatmealbalone.
Stack that with some chicktren acetate and maybe some some sweet potatovar and you should be G2G. Dosed at 6 times daily. Don't worry about safety man, this stack is FIYAH and will get your ripped/jacked/cut/huge.
Seriously though:
How long have you been lifting.
Where did you start at
Where are you at now
What's your diet like
Stats?
And then we can help you
It all starts with your diet. What is your diet like? Macros and calories? What are your stats?
Don't be putting the cart in front of the horse here. If you don't know the ins and outs of dieting, steroids will be ineffective.
LMFAO!!!!! Callum there is a point in being naive where it becomes almost cute in a way. You have crossed that threshold by exactly 2.2kilometers. Good luck here.
How about you list your diet and work out routine you are currently doing and list your stats. What's your current weight and body fat ?
More then likely you need diet advice and maybe switch up your workout routine.
leave the Roids alone until you have reached your peak, there is no fast solution like you're looking for bro.
steroids are not a miracle drug diet and training determine everything steroids are meant to give you that boost after you have maxed out your potential
AnonLet me know what they say....
