Yup I've preached this one over and over again. There's a sticky from trt blastcruise, called how to run a cycle, and for some odd reason the author added hcg in how to run a cycle and I wish I could change that cause there's a lot of questions that stem from that sticky. I'm just now finally looking at using hcg, because I'm doing trt dose between cycles and my nuts don't get to fully recover. If I were still going on and off cycle at a pretty moderate dose I wouldn't bother using it. If you go off cycle first least as long as the cycle you've run, your nuts recover relatively fast, age can play a roll in that though, along with the amount of previous cycles.
