Freaking Out! Fever with slight swelling at injection site

three days ago I started my cycle frontloaded 1000ml test into my delts 1ml in each.I was very clean as i always am.Immediently my delt's swole and hurt like a mother really sensitive to the touch i kinda srugged it off thinking it did that because i never injected over .5ml into my delts well later that night my delts started getting warm, and i noticed a slight fever kinda felt like i have the flu everything started aching really bad.Looked online saw that there is this thing called test flu due to high dosages.Should i head to the hospital asap? I was debating on going home and asperating the injection site.i really dunno what to do.Advice?

Yup learned my lesson will never touch that shit again!!!!
If it's not an absolute must - avoid the delts. I find them problematic and I know many others that do as well.

Exact same thing happened to me a month ago. Injected 2ml of test 500 into my delt and BAM! Abscess formed. Just like yours, it was like 4 inches below the injection site. Had to get it cut and drained and I still have some of the gauze they packed in there even a month later. It's still healing. My infection was deep in the muscle so they had to cut really far in.
Test 500 is poison brah. Im back to loading my syringe with test 250 with no problems. Stay away from that crap, the EO levels are insane.
Well started to notice a small ball in my right arm. Went to the doctor and they had to drain her. So it was a infection after all. One thing that confused me is that the puss wasn't near my delt it was atleast a good 6-7inches down towards my biceps? Weird anyways feel a lot better I can move around no fever no nada so if you guys think you have a infection just go get it checked!

Yes, the pain could have been cause by the high concentration or too much Benzyl alcohol. but this would not explain the high white cell count, so there is a good chance the your gear was dirty specially knowing that both delts were infected.
You did the right thing by letting a dr. looked at it.
Who knows they said it was a infection because my white blood cell count was extreamly high.this morning woke up havent had a fever or felt like i havd the flu so im glad still sensitivd to the touch though.but anyways im tossing the gear in the trash should have my 250 in by friday.will never touch that shit again lol.
Honestly man I doubt it's the gear being dirty...Most people aren't used to highly concentrated gear and the solvents needed to hold that amount in solution. Doctors often generalize infections and prescribe antibiotics as a precaution. Just got out of the hospital.turns out it was a infection got put on antibodys.the doctor said he is glad i came in if i would of waited he would of had to cut into it my delt.i was honest with him told him i use steroids. On the paper he said i had a skin infection so insurance wouldnt give me troubles.sorrh if im all over the place its late and im medded up.
Still cant believe that both injection sites were infected.
You will prob find its down to the high amount of Test per injection, 500mg in such a small muscle group isnt ideal, bit late now but your glutes would have been a better site to inject and the Test flu is mostly known from fast esters like PROP if you are feeling it within a day or so, fever you are getting is prop from the swelling and soreness of the injection site...
Have you used this brand of gear before? I havernt looked much in large amounts of Test per ML but the only one I have come across is Alpha.
Whatever you do...... dont do a Greg Valenteno are because an over night Doctor.
Take some Ibu to help the swelling go down, keep yourself topped up with fluid and if a visit to the hospital is a must, get someone to drive you.....good luck man
hmmm bro you inject 500mg/ml into each delt....here is your answer You have test flu just sit back and wait it out take some vitamin c and push through it....because at the end of the day when you decided to buy 500mg test e/ml you signed up 4 this....your not going to die LOL....its not infected and if it was believe me you WOULD KNOW WITHOUT A SHADOW OF DOUBT......
BTW im very clean with the injection use alchohol swabs on everything around me sterile needles, wondering if the test was contaminated.
Yes it was test 500 i have never used it before and will never touch that shit again.the delts are in so much pain i can bearly move them with out wanting to scream.the redness has spread all the way down on my right
arm.there isnt too much swelling but it is very warm to the touch.thinking about heading over to the hospital right after this shift.....and yeah this is day #3
If you go to the hospital just be honest with them about what happened that way they can diagnose you correctly. There's nothing they can do about your aas usage besides maybe counsel you about your usage. Hope everything turns out ok for you.
I've said this before numerous times (not busting ya balls) lets say its an infection cellulitis maybe. If the infection was caused from injecting steroids, poked by something swimming in murky water or scratched by something climbing a tree. Cellulitis is cellulitis it will be the same course of treatment no matter what . There is no special treatment for an abscess/infection for a botched injection
X2. When it happene to me I said I didn't know how it happened I played dumb and the doc says "dude your innocent you don't have to do anything for this to happen" he's like sometimes a little bacteria gets in a pore or hair follicle and you get an infection
Ya and make it impossible to get medical insurance for the rest of his life and blame all later conditions on his prior steroid use and not cover the future procedures. That's nothing right.

You said 1000ml so I assume you took 1000mg. So if that's the case and you took 1ml in each delt that means your using test 500 and that's some strong shit that's going to cause pip even in the glute let alone in the delt. The higher mg gear is something not tolerated by most because of the concentration and sometimes the eo in the mix. I would recommend getting some normal strength test or some Gso to cut the gear you have. Possible you are having a reaction to the stuff in your gear such as eo.
I would go to the doctor don't try to repair it yourself you might make it worse. Check your temp again, ensure its red, swollen and warm to the touch. By day 3 if its truly infected your whole arm would be completely in pain and you will feel like death.I doubt it's test flu bro, but go see a Doctor imo.
I second your opinion on going to the dr best all around idea to be sure of a correct diagnosis.
