My orignial prami made me nauseous and sick feeling, this new prami I am taking does not have the nausea symptom but instead making me feel test flu.
Is my 2nd prami full of shit?

Guess it's subjective. Mine gave me none of those symptoms. Just made me extremely fatigued until I got used to the dose. Every time upped the dose was like starting over with sides.
