Cutting Cycle
Hey all,
This is my first post so all feedback is appreciated. I'm 6'1, 195 lbs and looking to seriously cut in the spring. As a former athlete, I take training very seriously and am quite muscular (hence the weight). My diet is very clean, but geared more for maintaining my current size, and I do cardio at least 4 times per week. This post is so early because I want to take time to alter my diet so that it's more conducive to a leaner frame, as well as get as much information as possible. I know that diet and cardio are the two most important factors. However, my friends have gotten great results from their cycles, though they may not be the most knowledgeable sources. Recently I had blood tests done and every statistic is perfectly stable so I'm not worried about health issues. The cycle that I'm looking at would be prop & mast because those were the highest recommended for my goals in my initial round of research. Suggestions?

Can you take pinning every day or every second day? This is the major drawback with prop and something you must consider.
Mast during a first cycle is a no go for me. Better sticking to something like var.
On top of all that to have a "serious cut" cycle as a first cycle is just silly.
You talk about cutting bro... i see your height and weight but i would like an accurate waist measurment to create a body balance in my minds eye.. for example i am the same height as you but weigh 234lbs but only have a 30in waist so you can imagine where the mass is at.
Guys i think this should be a new add on when asking for stats to give a clearer view of body balance..it will help in giving tailored advice imo.
x2 everybody is different. I am 6' 185 with a 29in waist and small skeletal frame so from what people tell me I look like I'm 200lbs Great point I'm on board with this question as standard protocol.
Good brother..lets get this thing rolling from today
Stats with bf?? If you want lean...its all food not gear. And whats your end goals? Im 5-4 & 197......so im comfused on what you need?
"I take training very seriously and am quite muscular (hence the weight)" 6'1 195 are you single digit bf?
Age? Bf%? Any cycle history?
25 yrs, ~13% bf, no cycle history. to answer one of the above questions, 32" waist. i know that food is going to be key and that's why i'm taking the next few months to slim down via changes to my diet. however, this is a long-term proposal so i'm asking now so that if i decide to take the next step in a few months time then i will have a holistic view of what would be best suited for my goals.
