Bunk gear to Real gear?
So, I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible without actually sounding like and absolute retard. So back at the end of May of this year I started my first test c cycle(first injectable) ever. Ran 250mg twice a week. Fast forward to week 6, I get bloods drawn, results come back. Test is beyond underdosed. Like, underdosed as in my bloods showed 1364 ng/dL. So yea, I was not happy. So i talked to a forum member that recommended a few other places and chose one. Received my products extremely fast and started as soon as they arrived. Now the question to you guys is, is this new gear that I know is legit since they have one of the higher rating on this site, will this test take just as long to kick in, since there was already a little bit of test in me?

Bro, that's exactly what the reviews are for. To keep the sources accountable. No source wants a bad review. And, the source earns good reviews by selling legitimate product that we (the customers) are happy with.
So, if you buy chemicals from the "highly ranked" sources on eroids, you are doing everything you can to assure that you will receive real, properly dosed gear.
CB is 100% right below - you need to PCT now and start another cycle after you have recovered, since a blood test will reveal that the underdosed Test still was able to completely shut down your natural production.
It will still take a little time to reach a steady high level, Keep in mind that your cycle of underdosed test still had you shut down, so don't start another 12 week cycle with the new gear.
