Breaking down capsules

Getting some gear in soon in 50 mg capsules want to break them down into 10 mg caps what size caps should i get. Read this on here awhile back sorry i did not write it down could not find it again

AnonTheres no possible way to accurately do this as Perses said.. First off, if they are capsules.. its a long shot in hell to assume every capsule meets the 50mg specified dose.. unless they were produced in an actual GMP facility.
