Breakdown of capsules.

How would you break down a capsule with minimizing waste, and consume it? For example: You have a 1mg capsule of Arimidex but only want to take .25 at a time, or even .50 at a time, besides those of you chalking up lines of dbol, and snorting it, how would you do it? LoL

You could pour out contents, mix, cut into two equal lines. The dosing might not be exact but if you stir/mix contents after you pour it out it should be close. At this point you can do this since you have them already, or it might be easier to buy liquid suspension or tabs
You don't mate, not going to happen with any accuracy. Avoid buying capsules in future.
I have a lot on hand unfortunately. It seems like that's all peeps are selling these days are capsules. So there's no wah huh? To me it seems like a waste to make a 1mg capsule of adex. I would think 1mg a day or even EOD is to much for the average cycle.
Will be too much. Low estro can cause joint pain, libido drop and even screw your gains up.
