Beginner stack

ad

I am new to this. I have worked out for around 4 years on and off. I have decided that I am going to try some gear and increase my gains. I'm a thinner a guy for the most part. I'm 6'1 175 with around 13% body fat. I'm not trying to gain too much size. But I would be happy if I could get to around 185-190 at 10% body fat. I need some help figuring out what would be the best stack for myself with out over doing it. What would be the best gear and the safest for a beginner? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The reason I joined this site was to gain as much knowledge as possible from the people here. That is the reason I asked my question to begin with. I didn't know anything about the subject and was looking for guidance. I received a lot of feed back from people that knew what they were talking about. It was obvious because I got the same advice from almost every one. That showed me that I definitely didn't need juice. And I took that advice and have been using it. I have some gains from correcting my diet and work outs. And I am going to stick with that. I think that I can reach my goals with out gear and I plan to do so. Thank you to all the "old timers" that helped me out and pointed me in the right direction. I greatly appreciate it.

If it can be done without roids then why use them? It's pathetic to use roids to accomplish something anyone could do without.

Maybe you didn't read my reply before.

Really? Im 32 so I guess im considered an ole timer, have you thought that all the advice given was to get him prepared to run a cycle that way he wont be disappointed when he does. Then you recommend 2 orals and nothing else.

but taking steroids may help you mentally get ur act together as far as diet

You have it all fucked up......."bro"

I have taken the advice that I have received here. I am focusing more on my diet and routine. I'm going to see how far I can get this way before entertaining the idea of using gear. Thank you all for your advice.

I appreciate all the advice. I lifted for around 2 years before and then I tore my acl, mcl and patella. So I didn't lift for about a year. I have made some good gains from just lifting and eating good. Well to the best of my knowledge of nutrion. I started lifting again about a year and 4 months ago. But I can't seem to put back on the size that I had before. Which was 190 at 9 percent body fat. I really don't know that much about nutrion to be honest. This is my usual daily diet. I'm not sure how many calories I take in a day.

Breakfast- whole wheat oats and boiled eggs
1000 snack- protein shake and a banana Alvacado
Lunch- usually chicken breast and stemmed veggies
Preworkout- usually a cup of coffee and some more chicken.
Post workout- protein shake
Dinner- usually fish steak or chicken with veggies. I eat pasta for dinner occasionally.

I know that my diet is not what it should be. That is something that I am trying to research and see which diet is best for my body. I would much rather reach my goals naturally. I know that it will take a lot longer but I don't mind that. The only reason I don't force feed my self is that I have gained fat in my stomach before and in scared that if I over eat I will gain a belly. Any help is greatly appreciated. And thank you for the advice that has already been given. I will try to fix my diet and my work outs to get to my goals. Thanks again

Bro, the brothers below got you COVERED. Your sentence above = no juice for you. (Not yet anyways Smile )

All very good advice down below. So I'll add another piece as to why you're not ready and I know this from personal experience. You need to workout natural 5 days a week very hard first. I'm gonna say at the very least 9 months to a year. I did not and the muscles grew faster than the tendons and put me in a world of hurt. My elbows were so sore that I had to come off to recover and lost pretty much all of my gains. If I had the advice that you're getting below then I would not have wasted so much time and money. I would be much further along than I am now. Tendons grow much slower and without this foundation you are just asking for injuries some of which may be very serious. So be patient work hard and follow the advice below. The advice you are getting is not just to keep you safe but to help you maximize your gains when/if you do start a cycle.

No offense man but you need to gain weight first. I understand the allure of steroids but if you don't have a good understanding of nutrition and training, you'll be THAT GUY at the gym: the guy who uses steroids and everyone can tell when you go off because you shrank and deflated.
I want to see you hit 185-190lbs first with a bf at 13% or lower, then we can talk.
Steroids only reflect what you put into shaping your body, you work hard and eat right you'll look like a god. You don't eat right and mess around, you'll look like a douche.
There are plenty of great resources on here about dieting and training. If you want a few pointers you can friend request me and shoot a pm. I'll help you if you only agree to stick to what I tell you.

the word "beginner" and "stack" should not be used together. when you say you trained 4 years on and off, that's a no no to me as well, before you use gear you need your diet on point, it needs to be impeccable, you need all of your macros adjusted to suit your body, lay out your diet for us bro, lets see what it consists of, start at breakfast and list your daily food intake, steroids aren't used for that reason, there used for when you've exhausted all other avenues of reaching your goals, and no matter how hard you train, you've hit a wall, this is what we call, maxing out our natural potential, usually after many years of hard work and dieting, at 6'1 and 175 pounds, your no where near that, you need food bro. waiting for you to post diet.

I was gonna say this but the flash beat me to it. No such thing as a beginner stack. And course gain some weight natty and become more dedicated before aas was on my mind too, but once again, everybody said this already. Dammit. Thats what happens when youre on the best pro aas site out there and have the most knowledgeable guys in the world. (sigh) ;)))

GREAT ADVICE BELOW... TAKE IT TO HEART BROTHER.

Stack: Eat, train, eat, eat, eat, eat, sleep, repeat... You need to eat a lot of protein and time your carbs right bro...gear is useless without food...what is your current calorie intake a day? Maybe you dont even need gear and you can research and implement a sick diet that will get you big and ripped. Vitamin v has a ready made diet option called "read this if you want to get shredded" search it. Then research gear after you have tried dieting

This made me hungry im going to eat some broiled chicken thats calling my name:)

Research, research, research. Read the stickies and use the magnifying glass like your life depended on it.

rolltide3's picture

Like said below do some research. Go to magnifying glass up top and learn first cycles do some research then post your proposed cycle here and we will be glad to help don't want to spoon feed u answers its better if u take some time and learn the basics

Start here my friend.

http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/anabolic-steroids/are-you-ready-...

And then use the blue magnifying glass up top and research research research. An educated decision must be made as to what compound(s) you put into your body. Know what they are and what they do. What possible side effects you could have from each and how to reverse those. There is a TON of information on this site. Educate yourself before you start asking what to use.
