There was a well-reviewed supplier that shipped from E Europe that mysteriously closed down a little over a year back to the best of my recollection. They supplied hard-to-find and not so hard-to-find pharma and great gear in preparations and bulk. They were reliable and like no other I've seen. Today, just for grins, I typed the name in my address bar and my browser came up and asked if I meant CENSORED I clicked that link out of curiousity and found that it led me to a site claiming to deal only in bulk powders but in small enough quantities to make ordering practical. And prices were very good.

Not sure about this, and I didn't really feel like submitting this as a source just yet until I can get some feedback from someone else who may know more. I just found it interesting. Any feedback would be appreciated. And if it is felt appropriate, a mod or other board member could feel free to post it as a source.
