AI timing for TNE?
ad
Just curious how those that run TNE time their AI for it? Or do you even bother since it's in and out so fast? I have never ran TNE but may try it one day.

If you are running it alongside a longer estered test that you are already dosing AI for, I wouldn't adjust your AI unless you are starting to get unwanted E symptoms. In other words, keep running your AI as normal and adjust if needed. Not worth overcompensating and accidentally crashing E. I would rather encounter some high E sides than crashed E side IMO.
The +1 down below was meant for you.

No problem! All here to learn :). Let us know how it goes!

25mg is good. The most I’ve used and it was perfect but I don’t run really high dose anything anyway, I’ve actually ran it pwo on cycle on days I didn’t feel like hitting the gym. Made me feel like my bp was up or something cause if I didn’t hit the weights within an hour I would start feeling stressed out over stupid shit- I use oil base, water based gave me sterile abscesses when I used it.
Some guys run it before their biggest meal of the day to take advantage of the nutrient partitioning and glycogen loading.
If you do intend on doing it preworkout I’d consider adding some sort of intra workout shake with quick carbs and hydrolyzed whey.
Hmm I will definitely have to try that. I normally like to workout fasted but I'm down for trying new things to see how my body responds
I just use the AI regularly. As you said it's in and out so fast it really doesn't pay to make adjustments!

Appreciate ya John
Would not be a test base just a pre-work out at no more than 50mg on gym days so 3-4 days per week at most. I would start with 25mg tho before I went up. My test base is Test E at 300 per week.
Honestly brother I would just time the A.I. as you normally do. Should be just as effective, and there's something to be said about keeping it simple.
Right on.....appreciate ya looking out
Not a problem my man.
I feel like we need more info to answer this. Are you planning on running it without an estered test as a base?
IMO it would make for a terrible base due to the peaks and drop offs. Not really a fan. If stacking, I would time your AI as normal. If using TNE as a test base....well I just wouldn't recommend that at all.
I’ve never had to add in more ai or time it other than my usual time to take it due to running tne preworkout 3-5 times a week. I’ve made sure my e2 is on point which I believe makes a difference. It raises my BP sky high which is now why I don’t run it that often anymore. This is my experience.
If you’re running it as a test base then I have no clue.
