Syringe problem

maybe I'm retarded but I have a new kind Of pin that has a thread on needle instead of the kind u just pop on there and I can't get the syringe to take in my test from an amp the plumger pulls back and nothing goes in its kickn my ass.if somebody could throw me some tips I'd appreciate it oh by the way the needles are 23 gauge

before you pull the cap off tighten the needle onto syringe by turning it to the right, my boy forgot to do it and when he tried to inject it turned into a real mess.
