How safe are needles and syringes from foreign countries?

I've been wondering about this recently and wanted to ask if anyone had any knowledge or experience on this. I've been buying my needles and syringes from the same source that I get my gear from, which is a company in China. So, the equipment I get is basically in small, sealed, and individual plastic bags that are labeled in Chinese. The equipment itself has mL units on it so I'm able to use it properly and I haven't seen any signs of previous use, but I was wondering what would be some indications that these might be previously used or contaminated? For example, how could I tell if these weren't opened before and simply placed back inside the bags after previous use and sealed?

^Would probably cost more to do than making new ones. They are really that inexpensive.

Syringes are so cheap to order in the states that it's dumb to even consider doing this. Cheap n sterile and domestic companies. What's the point of going anywhere else
Exactly! I mean really, go to one of the big name med-labs in the states, and it's like 3$ for 25 needles and syringes lol, and I get mine in 2-3 days, but I stock pile the crap out of them so won't go dry for a while
