How long do you leave the needle in after injecting? I have heard 30 seconds to help prevent leakage out of the injection site.

For real tho: my ole lady is a nurse and gives me all mine. She doesn't leave it in very long. No specific timeframe according to her. She leaves it in long enough to grab an extra cotton ball, cuz ima bleeder
