I run in the elite heats in Obstacle course races... Last year I missed 7 months from multiple injuries, looking for cycle ideas to get my strength and endurance back... Would like to bulk a bit but be around 175-180... Sadly 195 now just able to resume full workouts for the past 7weeks, done 6 cycles before... Thanks for input Guy's...

I know its a bit of an old post, but I been trucking through the same issue, and have similar stats as you.

You might look into cardarine. I've never tried it, but there's a growing number of anecdotal reports on its endurance and cardio boosting abilities. Unless your self-control is great or you've run a cut cycle before, I would guess that any hormone cycle, which should include some Test dose, is just gonna cause you to gain weight. Winny will dry your joints, Var will give you crazy shin pumps and splints, more than likely.

With or without any hormones or RCs, if I were you, I would work on getting my weight down (to lessen impact on joints, tendons, ligaments, etc.) focusing on higher reps, moderate cardio and a stricter diet. As weight drops and muscles strengthen, I'd lower reps and raise the weight to build strength. The reps and weight to use will vary from person-to-person. Listen to your body and rest when you suspect injury. For me, that means muscle soreness lasting longer than usual in a specific muscle or a joint aching. Don't work through that shit, rest and stretch. But don't be a wuss either, if there's not an injury coming on, put in the work.

Im getting some pushback on using winny as a 40 year old soccer player trying to increase fast twitch and agility while keeping weight down . I understand their reservations but want to tap your knowledge based on your claim.

winny helps a lot, I'd say winny and a long ester test, like e or c. Although test isn't the best for gaining endurance per say, you should always use it as a base.
