No Lou Ferrigno fans?
sgtstedankoI am certainly a big fan of Lou's. Love the guy... Every time I see Arnold, I think of Lou, & how much better Lou looks today, than Anrnie. But, I guess maybe the fire that Arnold was know for died out, after accomplishing his set goals? Hellz yeah, I Love Lou! No homo
DT-SwoleEddie moyzan
1 - Arnie
2 - Franco columbo
3 - serge nubret
4 - Sergio Oliva
5 - lee priest
6 - Tom platz
I prefer the old school look.
safetyfirst21Yeah, way too much ugly bulk on stage these days. Whatever happened to body sculpting?
me too the same option!@!!
Arnold and Franco hands down. Mountain of muscle, little mountain of muscle. The guys today besides Dexter are all just fat. Drop the juice get on some slimfast fatties.
NicoTheFrenchMy Top 5(1 being my favorite)
1)lee priest
2)roelly winklaar
3)dorian yates
4)dexter jackson
5)mike mentzer
I have to say anyone that has the balls to get on stage a compete is my hero. Arnold, Lee H, Lee P, Franco C, Flex W, Ronnie C, Dorian Y, Sergio O and do not forget the women of bodybuilding. Damn most of these women kill it in the gym. Hats off to all of those in the bodybuilding world..
The great Jay Cutler! He might be cocky and not the most humble but how can you be runnin that much gear and bein that fuckin rich? I gotta get bigger before i meet him, i dont want him to be like "I can't be that big of an inspiration, little guy"
Sergio was awesome but definitely Arnold, also Flex Wheeler (guy was always honest)+ Rich Gaspari (even though he is a little guy + I'm 6'2" he inspired me).
I met 2 out the 3.
Who all did you meet and what were they like?
Zane perfect what i want to look like, Burtil fox hard work not a sell out, serge nubret, serg, arnolds genetics chest etc.dorian yates, lou, reg parker, lee priest humble funny etc. kai is inspirational with a man thinketh philosophy. I also "dream of great dictators" >.< i nearly forgot vince gironda.
Dorian Yates takes the cake for me, I also like Kai greene dexter jackson and lee priest alot too. I think dexter should have been mr O the entire time during the whole jay cutler craze.. Too big of a waist if you ask me to be mr o
maybe not an all time favorite inspiration but for me.....this guy is a true inspiration and I hope I can do 1/3 of what he does when im in my 70's. Im going to have the pleasure of meeting him next week. His name is fred glass.....check out these videos of him and look for more. He has a very poor bench press but n his 70's, height around 5'4 and weight around 151 and squating 400 and deadlifting high 300's and named best powerlifter of the world in 1991 and honored at a ceremony in Italy is quite impressive. Now imagine what he could do if he was on juice...lol....please check these out...YOU WILL BE AMAZED AND IMPRESSED

Dorian Yates enough said.
My avatar.....
Kai Greene
Biggest Inspiration, that's an easy one. Kai Greene. The man who didn't have his parents around, went from foster home to foster home. Lived in poor filthy place after another one has dedicated himself to be one of the bests today/ Honestly who can hate on Kai. It's the ultimate underdog story.
Ohh its a tough 1. Best BB for shape would have to go to the myth. Sergio Oliva. He is back a bit but you also cant forget one of the most ripped guys to ever step on stage. Andreas Munzer. For a short guy how about Momo Benaziza. These guys are from my era.
Too hard to narrow it down to one person. Modern day Id say Ronnie Coleman and Dexter Jackson. Old school Id say Sergio Oliva and Frank Zane.
ARNOLD AND FLEX WHEELER!
28savage28Kai Greene, and Ronnie Coleman, YEAAHH BUDDY, LIGHT WEIGHTS BABYY! Nutin but a peanut
I agree with Reg as my all time biggst inspiration.
sgtstedankoYou're a smart man Evil:)
lee haney who is from my neck of the area.. one of the best and humble and gracious as they come, a real nice cat.

It's still Arnold. Hands down. And his twin sister, Sookie Stackhouse. Love that gap between they're front teeth.
TxBigBoymariusz pudzianowski, dudes a beast. I used to watch him in strongman all those years he won.
sgtstedankoYup... Nice bro! Dude is a titan...
TxBigBoyI really like Dennis Wolf too, and ofcourse Cutler. I watch alot of Cutlers shit on YouTube preworkout to get me going.
