Hey guys I’m back on prep , I’ve been doing my own thing and got up to 173 with midsection pretty good.

I’ve been eating
Meal 1
- 10 egg whites
- 2 whole eggs
- 1.5 cups of oatmeal
+ peanut butter
+ honey
Meal 2
- 230 g of ground turkey
- 275 g of white rice
- broccoli
Meal 3
- 230 g of ground turkey
- 275 g of white rice
- broccoli
Meal 4
Protein shake
- 50 carbs
Meal 5
Protein shake
- 50 carbs
Meal 6
Same as meal 1
I was up to 500g at one point but was doing this plan for about a month and now been playing with my carbs. Lately it’s been
Meal 1

- 3 whole eggs
Been doing 35 minutes of cardio 5 times a week
Been cheating 1x a week and like a snack as well like a açaí bowl.
I’m at 170 10 weeks out from my show
Any advice as to when I should play with my carbs , carb cycle etc
