I don't know a lot about medications, you can refer to other people's opinions; but from my point of view, one can start by adjusting one's diet, eating habits, and increasing the amount of exercise, and the same form of exercise can be a good way to increase exertion if you can add the right amount of weights.

Especially for women a lot of it comes down to insulin resistance. And like most of us diet is the foundation and steroids just polish the sculpture. If she is not making improvements then adjust the diet. Once that is on track you can look into things like Lady var to add the icing on the cake for her. Like most of us the diet comes first and is what makes or breaks us
anvilRead this and adjust dosage for her on SLU and MB.

If her diet was good weight would be dropping so take a real good look at that.
Glp1 seems to be the go-to right now. Diet and training volume will always be paramount regardless of drug protocol. If you consider a Glp1 make sure you monitor muscle loss if that is a concern for you. I’ve seen several instances of significant muscle loss due to inadequate training and caloric intake derived from use.

Has she consulted a doctor about her struggle to lose weight? Glp1 are becoming fairly cheap and most doctors will prescribe them from compounding pharmacy without insurance. Other than that , pandateston is giving solid advice.
First things first, she can had a great diet and still not in calories deficit. Imagine a pyramid. Calories -> macros -> timing (quality) if she is not losing fat or weight, there’s more to investigate. How her bloodwork ? Does she has hormone balance, hows her natural production of t3 and t4 ? Those things will contribute to her better thermogenesis. If she don’t adjust everything even if she take a aggressive stimulant, she won’t take the max of that. Do you know what I mean ?
