Hello all. I was on cycle on january with 500 test and 400 dhb. When I Check HTC i was at 59. I stop the cycle and go to blood donation. We are on April and my HTC are still 58 actually. I test naringin but no effect. I am on Trt with 150 test every week and 5ui hgh. Do you know how long take to decrease HTC?

You should be aware bud that although beneficial at the time for lowering haematocrit and Blood pressure, what actually happens is the body panics that it has lost a pint or 2 of blood so gets fast to work in producing more to get you topped back up to your normal volume again, and then of course the gear will up the HTC level again. Remember that the donation was done in January, and we are now in April so its had 3 months to get back to what it was again, it simply won't stay low most likely for more than a few months. Regular donations may be the only way round things every 6 months or possibly sooner.
Three month but no compound on the machine. It is the first time i need a blood donation. If I wait with just trt dosage, the HTC will decrease normally ?
I'm not sure any of us can give a definitive answer on what will happen in your case on TRT, in theory it should do but it seems something is off elsewhere. Are you supplementing with B12 injections or 1000mcg tablets or anything like that? Where are your Haemoglobin levels?
My kidney are low with high creatinine … it is possibly the liaison
No but i take a multivitamin and my b12 is excessive. Hémoglobin levels is so high : 191g/L
You really need to speak to your doctor about why your B12 is so high if you are not supplementing with any for it, this will be why your haemoglobin is too high.
On my multivit there is 1000% for b12 it is probably the cause . I stop it ?

You may want to lower your TRT as much as you can while you get the HCT under control. 58 is really high still. Watch your iron and ferritin if you keep having to donate. That’s why I say lower the TRT so you don’t get in a circle of low iron then back to high HCT.
My iron is low actually , it cause the increase of HTC?
Gear messes up that relationship with iron/ferritin and RBC/HMG. 58 is quite a bit high so probably your first concern. Doing minimum amount of TRT to keep you at a good point will help bring down your RBC over time. Donating lowers iron and ferritin. You may need to do that though since it’s so high. Anything over 55 is concerning. You should see your doctor so you get things back in balance the right way.
My doc phone me friday normally but the first bled of blood is useless because the lvl is the same only 1 month after. If I wait on trt the htc will decrease no ?
I don't know what your expectations are, but after donating blood, the hematocrit level decreases from 3 to a maximum of 10%. Naringin is an over-the-counter supplement and you cannot drink it for 3 days and expect results. Like most natural food supplements, you have to take it for 3 months and expect a maximum of 0.5% reduction in HTC.
I need to donate again if i understand… do tou know approximatively which time on trt for blood level in normal range ? I stop the 20 february
