bizownerIt's important to listen to your body and take a break if you need it. If you're feeling any pain or discomfort, it's best to take a few days off and see how you feel. If the pain persists, it's best to consult a doctor.
Thanks all for the advice I’ve stopped the cycle and back is very slowly getting better --
whynot_meDepending on the severity of the injury, it may not be worth it to continue cycling if you're going to be out of action for a while. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Still early considering you're only on week 3, I'd personally stop and let nature take it's course. Heal up proper, get healthy and worry not about injects, then when your body tells you it's right....go time! Wish you a speedy recovery though
time to bail on cycle and get healthy first.
Depends on how bad the injury is. If you’re going to be out a fair while, not a lot of point being on cycle
Hope you heal up soon.
Lower backs been shut for about a week so I’ve not trained and also a trapped nerve in right quad ,been prescribed diazepam and starting that today but due to take a shot of test tomorrow but I think I’m wasting my time as I’m not training and not gonna get out of this cycle what I was hoping Do you think I could stop for a couple of weeks then hopefully if ok start a full 12 week cycle again?
JohnJuiceI feel you,
I've been there too. it's important to take a break even if the injury is minor and you think you can still train through it.
currently have my tendinitis healing, and I am not hitting the gym when it's been healed 100%.
You always can start the cycle over again, but if you fk up ur body, u wont be able to recover it so easily.
I'd stop, recover and hit it when you're ready. You'll be wasting your cycle and stressing over trying to recover too quickly otherwise
I’m with Yoked here. Stop, get yourself fixed and revisit when you’ve recovered. The gym will still be there. Injuries are a pain, but part of this weird hobby we all share.
