What to expect on my first anavar cycle and any tips?

ad

So I am a female powerlifter and used to do a lot of boxing and compete in amateurs. I still do some for fun but have gotten much more involved in lifting past few years.

I have researched steroids for years and been interested in them and now have taken the plunge to start my first cycle. Was looking at primo, dbol, and anavar but couldn’t source primo and heard some women get negative effects with dbol and it’s harsher on the liver.

I’m posting here since a few questions can apply to both men and women equally and I’m new to the website and don’t know the best place to post.

I am going to take 10mg a day split into 5mg am and pm. I am thinking take half a pill as soon as I wake up maybe about 9o clock and then take another about 8 o clock before bed. But I’ve heard some people get insomnia with Var that late so need to test this out.

I am going to run a 7 week cycle because I don’t want to trash my lipids and bought a box of 10mg 50 tablets that will last exactly 7 weeks. They were expensive so no point buying 2 just to use a few more pills.

Current training routine is based mostly on compound lifts, squat, bench, pendlay row, OHP, deadlift. with some lat pull downs, bicep curls, t bar rows, leg press, and pause and goblet squats thrown in. I like doing 5x5 for my compounds and go into the 10-12 reps for accessories.

How much actual muscle gain do you think a woman could gain in 7 weeks on this dose with diet, training on point? And I’ve heard a lot of people bloat from Var, does it usually come off after cycle?

I’m worried about suppressing my hormone levels post cycle, anything I can do to help them? I’ve heard about DHEA and nolvadex being used in women?

Also, any ideas for kidney or lipids support as I know Var is not bad on the liver but more for cholesterol and the kidneys. I already eat little saturates, no sugar, do cardio, take vitamin D.

How did you guys feel on Var? In terms of mood, and how long did it take to kick in?

I am having to just bite my pills in half since they are so small my pill cutter is not working well. They are not crumbly and it has worked first time I tried this morning. Is this alright? Or should I try with a knife, they dissolve a bit but I’m sure that’s alright since they would have dissolved anyway?

And finally, any tips you have about being on anavar? And anything you think I should know. I have done a lot of research already but better safe than sorry

Thanks for the info. I’ve heard with Var to make sense of a woman’s dose do 10x a man’s dose, since it effects them so much stronger. So if a guy did 100mg of Var that would be like a woman doing 10mg usually.

I just took it today and did cardio but already felt energised even with bad sleep, felt some pumps, don’t care as much emotionally and am more calm, and have decreased appetite, but it must be mostly placebo after this short time.

I’m excited about the strength and recovery! Heard Var gives you solid dry quality gains without too much water retention unlike other orals.

From my experience women are a lot more sensitive to anabolic substances than men. They respond very well to a small dosage and see results quickly. If powerlifting is your goal, I would consider taking turinabol over anavar. Sounds like to me you're more interested in strength gains which tbol outshines var. Plus tbol is more joint friendly. I would dose it between 5-10mg a day.

What women typically notice on anavar is an increase in libido and maybe a slight increase in agression. You may notice intense pumps and muscle cramping.

You don't need to do a PCT. Just let your body recover naturally. You won't be doing an insanely high dosage.

Anavar will effect your lipid profile but not at the degree it will effect men. Your dosage is substantially lower. We are talking less than two months of usage. You'll be fine.
