Switching from Sus to Test E
Hey all, new to the forum, but not to this world of bb.
After a many years of training natural and aging quite a bit in the process, I decided it was time to go back on the sauzule.
Well very low dose, 200mg of Sus a week. Initially I justified it as TRT to my low natural test(probably caused by years of abusing the sauce in my younger years), but really....who am I kidding
But I do plan to stick to the low dose. Been on it now for a couple of months and have packed on about 7 kilos of muscle already and my fat has decresed(most probably due to me giving up rice)
However I have been thinking about switching from Sustanon to Test E for the longer half life, specially when travelling it will be a lot easier. So a couple of questions before I commit to this change:
- Thoughts on switching from sus to test e, good? does my logic make sense?
- Should I decide to do the switch what is the best approach, ie should i just switch or do they need to overlap to some degree. From memory Test E takes 3 weeks to really kick in so do they have to overlap for 3 weeks?
- To make the most of the newbie gains, I was thinking of doing a low dose of Primo E, to stack with the test, again because its low risk/maintenance, or should I consider Masterone instead?
PS: my goal is to put on back on lean muscle mass and lose the lockdown flab.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,

basskiller88Someone would have to fight me before I gave up rice lol congrats on ur gains bro
no need to overlap the test e with the sus or frontload the test e..
the sust esters are already in your body and built up levels etc.. plus the decanoate ester in the sus is long ass f#ck.
simply switch from one to the other..
personally because your on such a low dose id tend to be more inclined to stick with the sus due to its shorter esters..
id also be taking advantage of these by splitting up the weekly mg dose into twice weekly jabs plis less peaks and valleys to some degree
AnonI had a very different experience. I really hit a mental and physical trough/low for 4 or five days. That daily prop makes a difference in life. Ha.
Obviously dose and schedule dependent, just be prepared you may have a dip in there.
This junky is going back on the Sust with a prop kicker next week. It is what it is.
test E would be much better for you sir than sus. it is such low dose that you should just change to E, no need to go 50/50 in mixing. the build up will be much better long run. the sus is heavily weighted with very long ester meaning not much long term hormone in you. masteron better than primo
Thanks for the replies guys, thats very helpdul. So I should front load TestE for 2 weeks then drop the Sus. That said, I am getting pretty good gains just with a single 200mg sus shot a week so still not sure whether I will make the change, and its not like we can travel anyway that it warrants my reason to change. As for primo, I will have a think about that, can I ask why you did the oral too? Seems a bit overkill?
Like they say, if it ain't broke don't try to fix it.
Dustined83I would introduce the test e with the sust the first few shits. Enanthate takes about two weeks so I would do however much test e you plan to use with sust inject because sustvus gone in 5 days pretty much.
As far as the primo. If you can afford run 400 to 600mg a week and you'll love it.
I did a gram.of sustanon and 600mg of real primo e and 50mg of primo acetate tabs daily and felt like a god I've done many cycles and been on 7 years so about to try to stop so that'll be interesting. Don't do like me please I'm only 38. Masteron is ok but primo is king for solid gains.
Hope this helps
Rustyhookerbecause sustvus gone in 5 days pretty much
Might explain that.....
Dustined83May explain what. Did I complicate in any way besides I should double check spelling before I post? Just curious no disrespect meant
RustyhookerSust isnt gone in 5 days. Its also harder to run for newer folks because its ed or eod pins. Cryhavok has great forums showing peaks and timing.
Edit.....check it...cool info

Dustined83I thought the test undec was the longest ester but yea that's what I use to blast and pin mwf. About to check out link.
Thanks
Undec builds up in your system, it takes 21 days to be completely out so when using sus you are supposed to wait almost a month before starting PCT, hence why it's a bad beginners cycle
RustyhookerBingo!
RustyhookerEod is a constant or fluctuations kick in
Since they added the prop and phenylprop it's eod or Ed. What a failure for replacement therapy but used correctly for cycles it's a blast off
Dustined83You definitely get the best of as ll esters eod
Add the rice back and bump it to a gram a week.
How often are you pinning the sus now?
Have you had any bloodwork done to confirm you have low test?
Lose the flab first and then run a cycle.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry I edited my post so you probably didn't see, I am already on 200mg of Sus per week. I monitored my bloods for several months before I started to try and help my natural test production but barely any change. But my main question here is to change from Sustanon to TEst E, does it make sense, and best approach? Cheers
Best approach is get off the sauce and see a doctor. Self medication does not work in your best interest unless you have a medical degree in endocrinology. This is not cycle advice, you are asking for self medication advice and we can't help you with that......but a doctor can.
Tbh, giving cycle advice is not really any different/safer then giving self medicating(trt) advice. Both can be equally dangerous! Bloods, bp, alchol use, family history of cancer, prostate issues.
We really need to know waaaay more info to give much advice to an op to be on the safe side.
Theres a difference, normal people stop their cycle, some people stay on a cycle dose all the time, some just assume 150-250 a week is where they need to be. If you want to be super critical, noone should be giving anyone advice unless they display an endo's degree. If this was a perfect place, people would be posting bloods then asking for cycle advice based on their pre blood work. People would be getting mid bloods then seeing if they should be taking any ai. People would then be waiting 3 weeks before starting pct instead of 2. People would getting bloods done 4 months after their cycle to see how they recovered. People would then wait the alotted time before beginning another one. I would more than likely have a heart attack. The belief of these forums is people are asking for cycle advice not self medication. Noone can watch someone if they actually follow any advice we give. Its all about common sense and reading entire posts. But one thing I have learned is nothing is more frowned upon then self medicating and young guys doing aas. Its reckless; stupid; and should never be cosigned. You will find the ones cosigning are the ones self medicating and NEVER doing bloods because they never post them.
Not being super critical, but running any steriod/drug, not under a drs care is risky, cycle or self trt/cruising. I am one of the few that are extremely lucky, my doctor monitors everything that I take. I understand that this is not available to everyone, but it is to me. Bloodwork, bp, psa, lipids, hepatic panel, thyroid, all this has to be monitored constantly( I post all my results). I'm a firm believer in diet, cardiovascular health, bloodwork, and minimal aas use. My dr approves every cycle I run, he has goals and standards i must maintain. Most ops and eroid users dont even begin to follow this type of protcol, tbh most aas users are yolo types. I do believe in trying to help people make better aas decisions, but most are not going to listen. Lol
Exactly. At the end of the day we are all human, not perfect in any way. What sets people apart is if they are willing to learn, open minded. Those yolo types are the reason roids get a bad name. I always say what good is a perfect body if its six feet in the ground? It doesn't matter anyways, some jackass co-signed for him so all the help we did was worthless. Now OP will continue down his path of yolo.
I am not asking for medical advice. Maybe I shouldnt have mentioned "TRT", I did say "who was I kidding" implying its a small cycle. Maybe my question should have simply been "How do I switch from Sus to Test E"
Too late now, you were honest, and so was I. It would not be in your best health interests if we tell you how to switch especially with the given information from yourself. Besides, even "small" cycles come to an end. You have been self medicating for months just do the right thing and see a doctor.
Cheers, fair enough
