Customs are very strict there, and from my side I would not recommend you ordering there due to very strict laws which may lead to consiquences which you don't want to have, thus most sources can send it to you, but without guarantee of delivery or free reships in case of any situation, because it is a high risk destination.

Best you could do is to find a doctor who could prescribe you something you want, but this might also be slightlt hard to do if you are new there.

UAE is the last country I'd risk breaking even the most insignificant of laws. I think the best you can do there is prescription testosterone cream but don't quote me on that- I live in the USA.
