I ordered a bunch of gear , I have a Chia pet tracking number. I can track it with 17ship but not Pony Express although I was under the impression Pony Express handled Chia pet once it got to the States. Tracking says it cleared customs about two weeks ago, since then I have watched it loop through the same distribution centers at least 5 times. I reached out to my sources customer service and they said it was normal and shipping takes 10-45 days, but I can see it looping over and over so something is not right. Anyhow I was wondering if any of you guys have dealt with that and know how to get the package manually set on the right path?

bro why are you ordering from overseas?
Yes I’ve had this happen, there’s nothing you can do and usually the source won’t do anything until your past the expected ship time, ie 45 days. Most likely you’ll need a reship and that pack is gone. Probably an address typo. Once it’s tracking in the united states you can try and redirect it, but good luck. And if it never shows up on the US system than your shit outta luck. Which I feel is also kinda suspicious that it doesn’t show. I’d be curious to know the source
