Ironman Training
ad
I am in the early stages of research but am looking for some advice regarding cycles for endurance athletes. I am 56 years old, 5 feet 10, and 200 pounds and 25% BMI. My goals are to increase my endurance and recovery, while also losing fat and building lean muscle during a 16 week training program. A lot of the advice I have seen thus far leads me to the SARMS but wanted to see if anyone could chime in.

35% body fat or 35 body mass index? Your mixing the 2 i think?
Typo....25% BMI
anvilI would look to over health first no one should looking to take drugs at 35% BMI. Regular diet and exercise would be able to get you down into healthy ranges. Without that, doesn't matter what you are taking if you are carrying that much BF. Start with a 10% deficit and work from there.
Sorry, typo....25%
anvilSeems better but still you can really get that down some, then get bloodwork. Vigorous Steve yt has pretty good video on what stack to use once you're diet is on point.
