Ethyl oleate in top brand test cyp 250?

Hey guys so if anyone can help make since of the following quote from a top brand website I would greatly appreciate it!
“We use 5 to 10% pharmaceutical grade ethyl oleate in our oils. As a result injections are not painful and don`t cause big lumps, etc. (Attention shall be paid only with high concentrated oils 450-600 mg/ml! As carrier in all our vials is used grape seed”
Does this mean ethyl oleate is only used in high concentrations of certain products but not in products such as test cyp 250?

lol that’s what I thought too but you would be surprised if I told you the actual brand name if this lab.
no they probably use it in all their oils. some people love EO, but saying they put it in their oils so people dont get pain kr lumps is a joke. many people get horrible pip from EO. dont be fooled just because some source is on the top 10 list, it doesnt always mean they are actually the top 10
