Equipoise for the win!

ad

I was struggling with estrogen since starting test, gyno specifically. My e2 was tippie top of the reference range before ever taking exogenous hormones. I battled it for a bit, trying different AI's, before concluding arimidex works best for me over aromasin.
Flash forward to today, I added in equipoise, initially front loading 750mg a week for 2 weeks and now running it 1:1 with test at 400mgs. I felt my estrogen tanking in the past 2 weeks so I backed off the ai progressively and now I've all but eliminated it. My joints are feeling better, my sex drive is not amazing but decent. I might not be at full saturation of the EQ yet but it's definitely doing something good.
As far as I understand, equipoise converts to e1 and blocks e2 to a degree? Could anyone expand on that?
I'm susceptible to anxiety and was concerned with that as it's a common side effect, but that stems largely from crushed estrogen which doesn't seem to be a problem for me, atleast not yet. So far, big fan. I will be donating blood shortly for the high hematocrit sides.
Edit: I'm 8 weeks or so in on the eq, 6 weeks at 400mg.

Eq converts to a mild ai. I liked 600test 400eq but if youre a high converter then in future runs id suggest finding low test cycles. For me i dont convert much to e2 so i can get away with more but when cutting for example 300test with 600npp and 300mast was fairly dry and easy. Keeping in mind e2 can raise prolactin so again low test cycles for you.

My last off season I slowly ramped my doses up over 24 wks. At the end I was running 2g Test E/1.2g E.Q. ew. Ratio was good enough that I didn't need an AI. Kept me fairly hard and I was able to run a long cycle and still keep some vascularity through the entire cycle. Awesome gains. You hear this alot when people talk about running E.Q for long periods but IME it's very true, it has a chance to really shine the longer you can run the E.Q... I just ran 10mg Methylene blue ed or eod to keep my hematocrit in check, that and stay HYDRATED... worked fine for me. I felt great. Enjoy Bro!

That’s good to know bro! I just started my blast and I’m including eq for the first time. I was told to also take a low dose of baby aspirin to keep hematocrit low , do you recommend taking both or do you think the methylene blue by itself is the best way to go about it?

I'm a big fan of MB to begin with, gives me a nice stimulant free energy that kind of just stays level all day, enhanced mitochondrial function, preventative to oxidative stress and a nice nootropic effect as well. I'm pretty big so I avoid stims, gotta keep that heart healthy. But ya IMO just staying very well hydrated and then the MB on top of that worked great for me. I know for me there's a reason I don't take a low dose aspirin but for the life of me I can't remember why right this second, lol.

Appreciate the info brotha, looking forward to giving it a shot. The bonus effects from it also sound pretty solid , I also try and avoid stimulants when I’m on a blast (been taking adhd medication since I was a kid ) so any extra pick me up would be great lol

Wowowowow methylene blue can keep your hematocrit in check!? That's news to me! I've got some on hand I was taking it as a non stim pre workout

Sure does Smile . It's one of the things to watch out for when taking methylene blue, not to take it too long because it will lower your hematocrit. So of course if you're trying to lower your hematocrit, it can be a useful tool in that regard. Also running a little Metformin will raise your HDL levels, another good thing to know. Just staying well hydrated is key to not having to go donate blood.

I never get bad acne from the juice. Maybe a mild increase compared to when I didn't dabble. But EQ gave me the worse acne of my life. I'm talking 15 huge under the skin/painful/red hormone type pimples. I stopped that shit immediately! It was that bad.

Damn that's crazy it's cystic acne u got

My skin was flawless before eq, now I just have the odd little blemish on my back but it's really not bad, haven't had a big pimple anywhere but on my ass for years. The only reason I get pimples on my ass is dirty greasy chainsaw safety pants for work, they're like 500 bucks a pair so I gotta wear one pair a few days before switching to the other.
