After Tren cycle Very Low Heart Rate

ad

I did my first cycle of Tren Ace for about 9 weeks averaging about 180 mg per week. It went ok, only sides were difficult to sleep and high resting heart rate. Something changed tho quite noticably. I have been off about 3 weeks and I cannot keep my heart rate over 135 beats a minute doing the same type of cardio Ive done for years. Ill jog at a moderate pace on the tread, or do the elliptical. Always after 10 minutes Im above 135 easy. Now I cannot. The only way I can increase my heart rate above 145 is to do HIT, or sprint. Im inclined to think this is good, but instinct tells me maybe not. I should do some bloodwork I know, one theory is my red blood cell content cljmbed really high so Im oxygenated more. It is strange to me.

just found this elsewhere, and I just thought I'd share it with you guys, seems like a good lab result for acro tren

I have no clue, but here is a theory, maybe your heart got a little stronger and better on Tren because it too is a muscle and its more productive now plus higher red blood cells so you are getting plenty of oxygen.

You have the basic version then the add ons - 'Tren + Halo' blend stamped with 'Not for Beginners' which then obv all the Newbies will buy as it looks sinister!!

Charge em £100 per month for Tren updates and New Medical Research - This time next year pal I see good things for you bro Good

What if its like LSD???? You never stopped tripping, you just got use to it. Maybe the Tren never left.....I just adjusted LOL.....Heres a great idea! Lets brew Tren Deconate. Like a Tren Sustenon....Tren Ace, Tren E, and Tren Deconate. Its a "healthy blend"

Big bro, that’s actually NOT the typical response people get from Tren A.

We all know usually tren pushes:
resting HR UP, BP UP, sympathetic stress UP, cardio capacity DOWN, and so on

That’s why I honestly doubt the “better oxygenation from high RBC” theory by itself.

My guess? Your body probably adapted to weeks of elevated sympathetic stimulation/high HR from Tren and now post-cycle you’re temporarily getting a rebound effect where your cardiovascular response is kinda blunted.

Basically your nervous system/cardiovascular system got dysregulated from weeks of:
poor sleep, oxidative stress, elevated catecholamines, elevated BP, CNS stimulation and now it’s not responding normally to steady-state cardio.

Especially because you said you CAN still spike HR with HIIT/sprints. That tells me the system still works… it’s more the response to moderate steady output that changed.

So @Petecastiglione got a point…but prior donate bloods, you better take a look into it…

I’d still absolutely check:
hematocrit/RBC
BP
E2
thyroid
electrolytes
hydration
because Tren can absolutely wreck all of those.

And honestly… sometimes after coming off Tren the body just feels “off” for a few weeks while autonomic balance normalizes again. I’ve seen weird HR variability, lower exercise tolerance, strange fatigue patterns, etc after harsh cycles.

Personally I’d:
avoid stimulants, improve sleep(can take some l-theanine. Glycine, Nac, melatonin, magnesium, zinc, gaba, chamomile, Valerian)

  • If I’m not mistaken, Gorilla Mind Dream has a pretty solid ingredient blend and could probably help you out with this

keep cardio moderate
monitor BP closely (many times a day)
hydrate aggressively (minimum a Gallon)
and give your cardiovascular system some time to rebalance.

Your body basically spent 9 weeks in fight-or-flight mode…

Agreed I think it just will take time for some systematic recovery

More "research" to come....Ill introduce the other Variables.

I ordered some Caffiene Anyhydros from Amazon, usually get the Vivarian. I took 400 mg and felt sleepy. Took 600 and it felt like 300. Checked dosing on the bottle, says 1 Pill is 1 dose at 200 mg. Its fucking weird. 600 mg would usually give me immediate shits and Id get shakey. Not now. So to figure that out Im going to pick up some Vivarian in case this Caffiene is bunk (Maybe its Ultima)

Variable 2, Im on a TRT test dose of 180mgs. Doing 30 mg of Var pre workout, 20 afternoon.

Varibale 3, Im hooked on some dumb fucking playstation game and only can play at night(Latina wife and 2 kids) So sleep is wrecked last week, just doing cardio and only 1 muscle group per day.

I feel like what you said is what it is. Im just out of whack. Cardio is psychological too, people forget that. The main point isnt I cant increase my heart rate, I can, its that what I usually do over 20 years doesnt work anymore. Ive had to start sprinting on the stairmaster just to get an elevated response.

Ill figure out the caffiene thing, it actually could just be that. Then get sleep regulated. I have blood work due in a few weeks but its not ideal to do it yet while Im switching off tren to anavar. Thanks for your help dude.

Very strange, as you have found whilst on trenbolone it increases your RHR quite a bit. Sometimes after cycling at high doses and running it a number of times you can be left with a higher RHR also like I have somewhat. Never heard of it actually lowering it - personally I would see that as a bonus as it means its performing more efficiently. All I can think is in some way blood levels have altered in some way - I'm not really your man to ask when it comes to cardio and seeking a high heart rate though pal LOL Also Tren Ace at 180mg/wk is a low amount so I can't see it negatively affecting you.

Pandateston's picture

You definitely got a point there too, Big Press

That’s what makes it interesting honestly, because the “expected” response from Trenbolone Acetate is usually elevated RHR/BP and worse cardio tolerance, not the opposite.

And I agree, 180mg isn’t exactly some absurd dose either. But we all know everyone reacts differently and eventually that could’ve simply been too much for HIS system specifically. We really don’t know.

Could also be lifestyle factors and other variables playing in the background too:
stress, sleep, stimulants, hydration, electrolytes, BP changes, conditioning level, etc.

Human body does weird shit sometimes after harsh compounds

Definitely an interesting case though

Maybe need to donate bc of hematocrit levels? This doesn’t sound like a necessarily negative thing to me, but maybe someone else can chime in

@Pandateston @press1 any idea?

Ill be donating next week and Ill have my HCT number. Im pretty good at knowing it just by how I bleed. Ive been having blood come out a tiny bit from my pins which is good. When I climb above 52, I wont bleed. So Ill know more next week. Another weird as fuck thing. I use cannabis, have for 20 years. Lately I get high as fuck unusually. Its cool, dont need allot. But out of all the shit Ive ever taken....never had something "change" me after. Thats why Im cautious here.
