So many factors play into this as I’ve always found it easy to cut weight(wrestling at a young age) I’ve found to serve little to no purpose when it comes to building the physique. I found early on my diet slipping due to thinking “hey I take AAS” I don’t have to keep anything in check, wrong, that is when the side effects started taking place, a couple vets since provided some valuable information, im saying this in to at the very least be honest with the community if you’re slipping chances are the vets can offer you something.. be safe.

It's all about your intrinsic motivation and the value you connect to your goal. Is it important enough for you? Do you know why you are doing it? What if you don't do it? For long term behavior change you need to know why you want to do it, and in the worst case scenario: what if you don't do it. Think of the most awfull pains if you won't do it. For example your health (value), side effects have a bad influence for your health.
Take time for these questions and make notes. This wil definitely help you with your willpower.
The body is built in the kitchen, not the gym.
Fitrome1980And I say more, the body is built in the bedroom. I have placed my kitchen on my bedroom, optimized lol
Do you eat burritos or Tacos in bed?
Fitrome1980I prefer my oats and eggs with some pancakes
Oats & pancakes !!!!
PropheticWookieIt is true that I would also add a remark in the correct recovery.
PropheticWookieWillpower and focus on results give you the strength to, first of all, keep the regimen and discipline in training, nutrition, and recovery. If you want a result, you need to have willpower. Everything is simple and everything is complicated. ;)
Willpower plays a role in any competition......its a strong trait to give all out and win.
Yes sir own it. Keep yourself accountable and you'll always be the best version of yourself brother
PropheticWookieIn fact, willpower helps in the beginning, then it turns into a habit and you are like a robot, you just work without interruptions. Yes, sometimes there are emotional outbursts when you want to quit everything, but here again willpower helps. And so when you have long been accustomed to such a regimen, it's just a job from which you get high.
