+ 4 Willpower

So many factors play into this as I’ve always found it easy to cut weight(wrestling at a young age) I’ve found to serve little to no purpose when it comes to building the physique. I found early on my diet slipping due to thinking “hey I take AAS” I don’t have to keep anything in check, wrong, that is when the side effects started taking place, a couple vets since provided some valuable information, im saying this in to at the very least be honest with the community if you’re slipping chances are the vets can offer you something.. be safe.

It's all about your intrinsic motivation and the value you connect to your goal. Is it important enough for you? Do you know why you are doing it? What if you don't do it? For long term behavior change you need to know why you want to do it, and in the worst case scenario: what if you don't do it. Think of the most awfull pains if you won't do it. For example your health (value), side effects have a bad influence for your health.

Take time for these questions and make notes. This wil definitely help you with your willpower.
