+ 1 The Pro Body builders And Mr Olympias eating for taste or just fuel and muscle building?
while on You tube i was watching videos on pro body builders and previous Mr olympia's eating habits. I still try to eat food for taste, and protein shakes that have good flavors. I have only done a few cycles so my eating would be on a super tiny scale. When I have no appetite and i know the body needs the fuel to work out, survive, and to make gains shoving the food down my throat is needed. Is there something these guys take to achieve a better appetite? Having an appetite 5 to 7 times a day even on a small scale every day after day can get difficult and tiring. Do the pro body builders take any kind of drug tests? Maybe they eat gummy's THC to get an appetite?? I do not know if they are telling their whole truth on eating, maybe they know something other Pros may not to gain an edge. It is not easy to eat on command when you are not really hungry. Any tips on how to keep a good appetite going all the time? I know it is not that serious and i am not on that level. Just wanted to know if those videos of their food habits are real, and does it boil down to just doing it? Appetite enhancers out there besides THC?

After watching the MPMD video about Hunter Labrada eating shit all day, I'm wondering if most pros just have God level genetics when it comes to hyper responding to PEDS.
I used to use ghrp-6 it really did up my appetite by a ton, I have not used it in about 8 years. Eating on a large scale is something I always struggle with. I listened to Arnold talk on a podcast once, he said when he was coming up he would go to a $2 buffet every day after his morning workout and eat a ton. Wish that was still an option, even adjusted for inflation it would be worth it.

From guys I have talked to, they mostly eat for performance/results. Taste is more of an afterthought. I do know many that add low cal sauces for flavor during the offseason
I'm thinking they eat for function, then maybe taste. Depending on the Pro, they take in a lot of calories, and they look at it like a job. They could have a hard time eating as much food as they need to. It becomes tedious. Although some Bros probably make it taste as good as possible. If it was me, there's stuff you couldn't pay me to eat, no matter how much it helped me reach my goal.
Is this magestrol acetate a supplement or a prescription from a doctor? Does it boost your appetite?, Is the weight you would gain because it stimulates your appetite? Is this something known in the AAS/ bodybuilding community? Could be what those pros are taking. 6 to 7 times a day every day wow. I just did a quick look and it seems like people who have muscle wasting disease, Aids, also people on chemo for cancer usually get these medications. Another one a saw was Mirtazapine, CBD, and marinol. I have taken marinol before. It feels like thc or marijuana, the only thing is it got me lazy.

When i found a great trt doctor many many years ago. We discussed everything especially nutrition. After a few months he got alittle annoyed about me not eating enough and wrote a prescription for magesterol. I might not of spelled it write. But that help me so much and changed my physique alot
Magesterol Acetate eh? This looks very interesting - it says the main side effect is weight gain!! Lol How did you find it Wanted as it seems to have quite a lot of sides with it? Were you on gear when you took it as it says it can alter hormone levels considerably?
I was taking it from the trt doctor.
With cyp and arimidex and sermorlin back them i was getting bloodwork every 30’days
It was a 40 mg pill 1 tab aday
After about a year the blood test got further apart
How much weight did you gain from it do you think?
Thats pretty tought to say but i can say with confidence over 8 - 10 if i would of been on npp at the time man would of been even more
And that was on 1.4 cc test a week

I don't think there is any secret man. They choke the food down because they know that's what it takes to get big. That being said, gear is known to cause appetite. EQ and GH in particular that I know of.
I think they eat for function. My understanding of how they do it is, they eat at predetermined intervals whether they're hungry or not. I've looked at research that claims HGH stimulates appetite, and I know steroids do as well. Some of those videos may be a little exaggerated, like other things in bodybuilding (arm size, how much a dude can lift). But you have to figure they have to get those calories in, especially depending on how big they are. I remember a Rich Piana video basically saying just make yourself eat, even if you have to get up at 4 am to get all the meals in. But he was a guy that felt you had to eat 6-10 times a day. Now that's some serious dedication!
I am no where near a pro.. Just can not believe eating the same stuff every day 7 times a day. That almost seems perfect if you have an eating disorder. The opposite of anorexic.
