+ 2 Raw Sirloin Chopped Meat

ad

Ok guys, I gotta throw this out there for some feedback, because I need to hear your opinions.

I have been completely off cycle since January 26th, not a damn thing besides one pill of Arimadex a week ago because I felt like I was retaining water.

So, last week I came up with this crazy idea to eat a half pound of raw chopped meat as a post workout breakfast. My only off day is Sunday, so I have done this for approximately eight time since mid last week. My wife a hobby chef, so it’s basically a steak tartar, but only chopped onions and some spices, nothing else in it. I eat it with about 7-10 saltine crackers.

So for the past week, as everyday passes, I am feeling stronger, more vascular, losing fat, and my pumps at the gym have been ridiculous. I feel like I’m on my best cycle ever. Is this even possible? I’m sure just about everything has to be out of my system by now, but I will list my last cycle below.

8 weeks of Test Prop at 300mg per week
8 weeks of DHB 100 at 300mg per week
8 weeks of Testoblend 350 at 175mg per week
50 mg of Anavar every day for the last four weeks

There’s a reason why Roman gladiators were fed beef, beef and more beef. I have my steak cooked blue. Ideally to the point when it says “ouch” when you put the fork in…..

I have my steak cooked blue.

Specifically, they ate the testicles.
...Sooo, does that mean you'll be eating blue balls?

What’s the protein content per 100g? I’ve probably eaten worse…..

Damn Jake, It's all fun and games til you wake up one day looking like the Liver King!!!

It's the amino acids, specifically the ones that your body cannot produce on its own.... notice the Leucin, Isoleucine and Valine.... your body cannot synthesize these.... now I am not going to research these for total accuracy, they are the three I think I remember. Branch Chain Aminos, that is why we take that supplement. Now these values give mg per kg body weight on left and mg/g of protein on the right, so if you are eating 226g of sirloin, you are supporting all the aminos (complete protein) for well over 100kg of body weight. The saltines, likely you body realises there are next to -0- carbs in that protein. There is a lot of reasoning not to go red meat every day, but I seriously doubt you are in jeopardy, but it is worth a read on why to go with turkey, fish and other proteins. Red meat, however, is a great protein that your body can fully utilize, no doubt that you feel great.

Tryptophan 6 7
Valine 39 50
Leucine 59 79
Isoleucine 30 45
Threonine 23 40
Lysine 45 84
Histidine 15 32
Met+Cys 22 39
Phe+Tyr 30 71

Thanks, Bro! I’m definitely going to make some of that this week.

Absolutely possible, try going full carnivore for a month, you'll probably feel better than you've ever felt.
Hell if you start, I'll start with you. Check out Dr Shawn Baker
I love tartar, use the same recipe for deer meat as well. Something about it makes you feel more primal.

I don’t know if so can go full Carnivore, but I’m definitely trying to do at least a full month of this as a post workout meal, and see what happens. Do you think it would hurt on a cut cycle?

UncleYoked's picture

It would be the best cut cycle you've ever done

Well it's because of all the steroids and growth hormones that they're giving to the animals these days. I mean that's what most these anabolic steroids and growth hormones are made for right? They're pumping the animals up with them, you then ingest them by eating the animal, and hence you are basically running a cycle......... no?
LOL Lol

Its all the Creatine from the meat matey and also its full of Iron, Vitamins etc. A lot of the top powerlifters live off cooked mince meat 3 times per day for this reason because if you can stomach it all you get strong as hell off it. Its the basis of Stan Efferdings Vertical diet that he gives all the top guys when coaching them.

BUT how you eat RAW MEAT I do not know mate - I wouldn't be able to even get it in my mouth. Nah no way, makes me feel like gipping LMAO Bad

I can do Medium Rare and that's about it. At least kill it, wipe its ass, and knock the horns off......

I'm one of these guys where the meat has to resemble something else other than an animal when I eat it, like when I have a double cheeseburger I think of it as 'something' but not a cow LOL Looking like its only been 5 minutes since it was in the slaughter house is not my idea of tasty.

Fair enough mate. I have 6 in my front pasture, so it's a different perspective.

Nah I literally could not see an animals insides then cook it and eat it, since I was a kid I could never walk into a Butchers because of the smell of Raw meat, I hate it. So I'd make a useless farm hand mate!! lol

Red meat in general has high nutritional value. Besides that, it is probably psychological.
or you could be a zombie that feeds on raw flesh for strength and power…
