I’m 34 male 5’11 I started at 252 in April I started my dieting in march. I signed back up at the gym on April 11th of this year. I haven’t missed a day yet. My lowest weight was 190lbs I have since gotten back to 200. I weigh myself morning and night my weight is consistent now.
1st cycle I ran tes 700 tren 300 weekly an anavar Ed. I leaned out very well with this. I have low t I was diagnosed with it when I was 27 t levels was 267 never taken anything before that. So I just been cruising on 400 tes. Currently t levels are 1500 no sides or gyno.
I’m getting ready to run tes 700 npp300 weekly an anavar 60mg Ed
Diet
I eat pretty clean breakfast egg white omelet with grits turkey patty sausages an 2 scrambled yard eggs
Lunch
Grilled chicken salad white rice fish most days
Dinner
Grilled chicken salad white rice an a clean protein source.
Am I doing anything wrong here?

Wow nice first cycle and i thought 500 test was too much for a first cycle
You probably didn't know but first cycle shouldn't be 700mg test and 300mg Tren, that's more of an advanced cycle. If this was truly your first cycle you would of gained with only test. Nowadays guys tend to overdo it. At 400mg, that's a cycle not cruising. Your meal plan looks like mine. I have appetite issues but maybe add a 4th meal. Good luck brother

The problem with that is I’m full an not wanting to over eating. I’m eating very clean. I know I could eat burgers an fried chicken an get calories but I’m not wanting to go for that big bulky gear head look. I want lean muscle mass with no little to no added body fat.

Well I did pct from 1st cycle blood work performed everything looked normal besides liver enzymes elevated l but that due to being a fucking fat ass before body hasn’t had time to adjust. After pct was done I started back taking tes just started npp an anavar.
Cruising on 400mg test? Thats not really a cruise brother. And your test level is only 1500?
Well the blood test only tested to 1500. I plan to start back on trt dosage after this cycle. Which is 250 a week.
Most family doctors can only test to 1500tt and 50ft. 125+/-mg a week of test c floats me around 890tt. At 400mg a week I’d be off the charts.
IMO you need to figure out your goals. You’re doing a ton of gear and I don’t think it’s sustainable for the long term.

No need to go above 500mg of test your first few cycles.
I made same mistake high doses as yourself early on.. I'm only learning now and I try keep it at 500mg what every I'm taking.
My main concern is my diet bc I’m wanting to bulk up some. I know I could eat a bunch of shit an pack mass on but it wouldn’t be the lean muscle that I looking to add.
Wasn’t first cycle. I ran a couple about 5-6 years back. I been on trt for years though.
