top tip, dont eat many carbs 2-3 hours before bed, fucks up your sleep quality, recovery and hormone release.

Sugary foods jack up my sleep, but honey doesn’t. I love me some honey.
Counter-point - the type of carb you eat will matter. Complex carbs a couple of hours before bed can actually help promote deep sleep and hydration.
