Coffee is a great pre workout that will push some extra agressiveness and focus for your workout. But if you are addictive to the cafeïne you can't train as hard without it. So it will make you dependent. If you program it smartly in your week you can use it as an extra booster for your most important workouts. But don't use it every workout because if you use it less the effect will be better, or you will need more every time because your body will increase it's tolerance.

I'll add my pre-workout and some protein to my cold coffee. As I dont take in/drink much caffeine, it definitely does the trick

Generally I recommend having coffee or tea before workout. It works as as a pre workout supplement. As these are rich in stimulants, it increases the alertness and focus.

Life without caffeine? Is that a life worth living? I really do enjoy my coffee and preworkouts. I do try to take time away a couple of times a year. Before my last cycle ended I stopped all caffeine consumption a month out. For the first week I thought about all the ways a gun could fit in my mouth. But after the energy crashes and caffeine withdrawal headaches I was actually fine. Then when I hit my PCT reintroduced it. BOOM! It was like snorting a line when I came back to preworkout. Really helped give me a new stimulus as my nuts kicked back on. I take something like 300 to 400 MG a day of caffeine between various sources. GUYS do I have a problem?? Lmfao

I think so many guys and gals have gone to using pre-workouts instead of drinking coffee. I use pre-workouts most of the time but occasionally fall back on coffee. 2 double shots of espresso and I'm good to go.

It's hard to imagine a day without coffee. I have 1 to 2 cups of coffee every morning. I feel I need this caffeine. it helps improve focus during a workout. I drink a med blend with no sugar or creams.
On workout days, you may want to take a 200mg caffeine pill to burn a bit more fat during your workout.

I have coffee flavored whey. Optimum nutrition makes it. I usually ally take it at breakfast time. It’s really easy to drink in the morning.

If you're in a cut it can help with appetite suppression. I think it also helps process sugars better as well(don't quote me on that) and I believe it has benefits to the liver. Also is a good more "natural" pre workout that if you have GH issues or get irritated by high stimulant pre its a really good alternate.

I drink black iced coffee with 2 splenda everyday
It helps me feel full on a cut and i believe it spikes my matabalism
