Valhalla0411If you do go with clomid and Nolvadex. Go for 4 weeks every day. First 2 weeks 100mg clomid and 40 Nolvadex then weeks 3 and 4 do 50mg clomid and 20 Nolvadex. Some sources do 25mg Nolvadex and some do 20mg but I believe 20 is standard. Get blood work done too.
Look through old posts using the search bar and you’ll see many previous posts about PCT. You’ll likely want more than HCG, you’ll be completely suppressed at that dose and time frame. Clomid & Nolvadex are standard but there are alternatives, although those 2 compounds are cost friendly and very accessible
run some HCG and you will be good. You were at o low dose to were you shouldn't have any issues. Good luck.
