New and need advice

ad

I been in the gym for a bit trying to get into shape and I'm going on a calorie deficit now to lose some fat. I'm close to 41 BMI (I know eww) with the diet I'm going on, I'm going to lose a lot but I started to take var to try and keep some of my muscle mass wail I'm on this big cut. Only 25 mg/day. But when I take it I get a little sick and light head for like a hour or 2 then I'm fine. Is that normal or should I stop taking.

If anything. Trt. But you can’t out train a bad diet. Start doing 20-30 mins on the treadmill 10% incline 3.5-4.0 mph

yea at 41 BMI, VAR isnt going to yield any results

Diet responsibly and you won't lose any muscle, especially starting out at that BMI. Var isn't going to do jack for you except shut down your natty test production. Talk about feeling sick, wait until your natty test plummets, you will probably feel the worst you have felt in your entire life.

Please don’t take offense, but at your BMI, I think just about any compound could make you feel shitty. Don’t worry about losing muscle on a diet. Follow a good diet protocol, workout hard, and you’re going to feel better with every pound you drop. Var isn’t a weight loss drug, and can be counterproductive to your cause. Trust me, I know it’s hard, and you want a boost to speeds things up, but it’s not going to work. I can tell you this from experience. Then you will wonder if the var you used was bunk, because all you’re going to get out of it are negative sides. Sounds like you have a serious diet planned. Work your plan without the var. if anything, do a low dose of test.

Hey bro - stop the VAR asap. You never want to run Var by itself anyway, you’re going to feel like shit. And, no, it’s not normal to feel those effects with Var but at the same time, you can’t blame it on the gear because you’re just trying this out for the first time, plus the dieting, plus the exercise so it could be anything. 100% with what @Badgoat1 stated. Get your blood work, speak with your doc, and do it right from the start. You’re going to lose a lot weight naturally anyway, if you stay disciplined. Best of luck!

Ditch the var. You didn't include full stats but I would guess that your a pretty big guy and could lose alot of weight naturally. I would start with a trip to the doc for a full physical including blood work. The guys here run a responsible community. Natty is always best and it's recommended to max out potential and get your diet and gym split down before hitting gear. After that start with a simple test only cycle.

You shouldn't be taking anything. You are going to plumet your natural Test levels and doing more harm than good. Never do oral only cycles.
