ad
I'm 35 now I used to work out 6- days a week up o 2 hrs a day naturally for the past few years. All of a sudden last year in August I lost all motivation to go, felt down about working out and lost for a bit even went to gym a few time after but left after a light 20min or working out. Trying to get back on the grind after talking to some older men at work alot said to go get blood and test checked . I did all blood work came back fine except my total Test was 201 and Free Test was 41 after talking to Dr about trt he decline to prescribe any treatment so going another route. but want to know the Pro's and Con's of just doing a Test E cycle nothing else and what I would need.

Primary doc said no ? If so, find an actual hormone clinic.
anvilIf you are getting blood work done and all health markers stay in the acceptable range there is very little downside to doing your own trt dose. There is tons of upside, but as for motivation, you need to find that within yourself. Test isn't a miracle drug but levels in the 800-900 range will have you on the way to feeling better.
Why won’t the doctor put you on TRT? I’d either go see a diff doctor, or see a urologist. There is absolutely no reason why that doctor should refuse you TRT. The “baseline” for TRT is under 300. I was 36 when I started TRT last year, and when I found out I had low test, was about to just start running cycles of anything I could get. Then some guys here explained why that idea is extremely stupid, that I should dial in my TRT dose first, as when off cycle I’d be on my TRT dose, but everyone is different. I tested around 7-800 5 days after my last injection, only 80mg (40 mg twice a week) a week. Some might need more, others less. Only way to dial in your TRT dose is to do bloods, which my urologist has me doing bloods every 3 months. We got to my dose, then monitored it for another 6 months, now I’ll be only going to him every 6-12 months. Now I at least know my TRT dose, and also have an actual doctor checking my blood work. That doctor is 100% in the wrong and I would go see a specialist or another doctor because that’s just ridiculous. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about my experience with TRT and everything if you want.
