-1 First cycle

ad

27
Dad of 3

I have already order everything for my first cycle. Just looking for any tips. Not looking to be body builder could go through trt clinic but trying to save alittle money if possible.

  1. Is it worth getting gear tested through Jano?
  2. Looking to run 375-400 a week of test E sub Q unless IM will be that much easier?
  3. How often should I get bloods done?
  4. I haven’t built a great natty physique but again looking more for energy and mental clarity + being bigger for confidence etc

Any advice for my situation is appreciated

I hopped on TRT at age 23 because my natural levels were in the low 200s and I nailed everything (sled, dust, body fat) and nothing would get my levels up.

Make sure these variables are nailed because if they’re not don’t even think about getting on Juice or even TRT.

If these are nailed get a male hormone panel to see where your levels are at.
Then if your levels are indeed low I would just start a TRT, this will give you decent progress to begin with.

375-400 per week will be a cycle for most people so this will be way too high for a TRT.

I am currently taking 120mg per week which gets me on top of the normal range. Would advise you to start with the same.

Then get labs after 8-10 weeks and adjust based on labs and how you feel.

If you’re not knowledgeable in this field I would highly advise reading some stuff before or getting in touch with a TRT clinic.

Before you do anything get bloodwork.
Guessing you don’t know if low test is actually your issue.
I would also suggest running TRT dose for a while and checking bloodwork again. If your fatigue is related to low testosterone you don’t need a cycle to boost your energy, TRT will do it.
When you say you have everything ordered, what does that mean? What do you have?

We can really give you tips or advice without more information.

Okay, I’ll be honest, you coming off half cocked. Which won’t work well for you here. People are not going to want to help you if you have a bad attitude.

How long are you planning this “cycle”?
You said one of your goals is size for confidence. You won’t get any size without going to the gym.
Will you gain some muscle not going to the gym, yes, will it be visibly noticeable, no.

This is what's called "putting the cart before the horse".

Running a test cycle isn't going to change the amount of motivation you have. Steroids are used to enhance your physique. They aren't magic. Ur gonna shut yourself down for no reason and make yourself feel worse overall.

No problem, to give you an example, I take 140mg Test Cyp weekly. I pin .10mls daily.
My total test is 1,500+ (the test is capped so I’m not 100% sure on real total test number) and my free test is 458. I seem to respond pretty well.

16-20 weeks is a good time frame. Something i think you need to consider, if you test shows low testosterone, you’ll always be low and faced with low test side effects. I would consider no coming off completely, but dropping to a TRT level after your cycle.

Once you start your cycle, you’re going to want more bloodwork at 4-6 weeks. The importance is to see how your estrogen (e2) is effect by the test. Order a sensitive e2 lab test, this gives you the most accurate result. Don’t take Arimidex right off the bat, if you don’t need it you’ll crash your e2 and feel like shit. With any AI, you want to go low and slow.

No one can tell you not to do something, but if you were my friend I would do my best to convince you not to get on gear. I decided to start at 28 with the understanding I would never be a father with the woman I was married to, so I could justify taking the risk.
While I take precautions to maintain my health I am aware that this is a dangerous endeavor and have fully accepted the risk of shortening my lifespan.
Not trying to guilt trip you dawg, but please think of your kids.
Its almost never one cycle, steroids are awesome and hard to quit.

Walk hard is an excellent movie

Definitely S tier movie, they don’t make em like that no more.

Definitely just start with bloodwork. At your age and never using steroids before it’s likely your testosterone levels are fine for building muscle naturally. More important to learn how to eat and train right and consistently. If you do that and your test levels are normal you will be fine without taking testosterone

Subq for cycle is not good!! Man up or find something like knitting ajs a hobby. Lol!

If you're not busting ass in gym and kitchen...save your money...it won't work like you think. Young kids...been there as a dad, not much time to be serious with a cycle. Stay natty til you're fully focused

Nobody should be using Anabolic Steroids without first training for at least 12 to 18 months naturally. During this time you will learn all that is needed to train properly and build muscle mass, if you cannot build lean muscle without steroids then it is unlikely you will with. If you are too lazy to do it naturally then you lack the discipline needed to be injecting yourself multiple times per week safely, and be watching for side effects and using damage limitation supplements. Anabolic Steroids are for people that have exhausted all other means possible to improve their physique and strength levels such as following proper sleep protocols, Diet, training principles and methods, weekly commitment to the gym and not skipping sessions, proper rest periods etc. It sounds to me as if you have not got anywhere near exhausting any of these things yet.

I'd start lower on test. Something like 150-250mg/week max. See how you react to that for a couple months.

First cycles being 400-500mg is kind of an old school way of doing things. These days it's more of a steady cruise rather than blasting and coming off.

You will gain more than you realize off 250mg/wk. It will be easier to manage too.

Have some nolvadex and an AI on hand. I wouldn't worry about HCG if you plan on staying on with a TRT dose afterwards.

How old are you?

How many weeks were you planning on this cycle?

What is your body fat%? If it's high I wouldn't do any test. Start with slimming down before bulking. You might wind up with a pair if tits otherwise

Probably tge worst ideals I've seen all year

Sorry for not trying to scare him off I guess

He said he built a good natty physique. He didn't say he's lazy and doesn't train.

For all we know, the guy might have low test levels for his age. and could use TRT to bring him up to a normal range.

It's hard to give numbers without seeing bloodwork.

150mg might be enough for you. 400mg will definitely be excessive

Do you want to come off the cycle or do you want to stay on TRT after the 12-16 weeks?

How old are you bud an that's not trt that's a cycle and if you're not in shape it'll probably just give you bad side effects and you grow tits you need it in between 100 mg to 175 mg a week and some go lower than 100 I do 150 mg a wk do you have AI on hand an subq leaves knots so I would go IMO with a 27g draw with 22g
