First cycle
Hello everyone,
I trained naturally for 6 years, but I stopped for 2 years. I’m 24 years old, 1.80 meters tall, and currently weigh 93 kg. During the 2 years I quit training and dieting, my body fat increased significantly. For the past month, I’ve been going back to the gym regularly. However, since I'm training naturally and have a high body fat percentage, I feel really bad when I look in the mirror. I feel like I’ve completely lost my self-confidence.
My love handles are very thick, and even though I’m following a strict diet, I can’t seem to slim them down—probably due to my genetics. Because of all this, I’ve decided to start using steroids and begin my first cycle.
For the first month, I’m planning to use only 250mg of testosterone enanthate per week, and later I’m thinking of adding Anavar to the cycle.
I’d be happy to hear your thoughts or suggestions. Thank you!

No, it’s due to your diet and training.
Nah man, it’s easier to blame genetics than work ethic and discipline… come on, get with the times.
Lol. I actually gave the same problem and they really only go away one way, do you know how?
In all honesty, it’s the last thing that goes. I can have 6 pack with a little love handles but that just means more HIT training, core and Diet.
They go away with hard work and dedication, right? I wouldn’t know - mine are still there. They’re shrinking, but still glaringly obvious to me in the mirror…
Liposuction maybe?

I've trained for 6 years naturally, then had a break for 2 years. I've only been going back to the gym for one month and only just reconditioned my muscles & tendons back to the exercises, but I have noticed that there are a lot more guys in there in better shape than me nowadays because a lot of people are now running steroids who really shouldn't be. I also am feeling impatient and feel that although I am only 24 years old, and am still hovering around my peak natural testosterone levels I really cannot be bothered to wait 6 months to a year to look good again. I am also in a rush to get some new physique shots up on Facebook like all the other cool kids at the gym do so please can you approve the above cycle to make me feel that I am justified in running steroids after just 1 month of training.
im glad that you understand me. Many people around me, even those younger than I am, are using steroids and getting in shape very quickly. That's why I wanted to consult experts like you. Please don’t judge me for this — thank you for your thoughts and for letting me express what's on my mind
You really just copy paste your responses ?
yeah
Not trying to gate keep here. Just share my experience using PEDs. I trained naturally for 18 years before touching anything. The habits I developed doing this set me up for much more success when finally dabbling in this world. Just my $.02

There’s a good chance you will permanently screw up your natural hormone production running exogenous test at such a young age so that’s not a smart idea. And for what? Test isn’t really a fat burner. You noted that your diet isn’t strict and you’ve only been training a month, so that’s your problem and it’s not anywhere close to where you should be before touching this stuff. Your diet doesn’t sound like it resembles at fat loss diet at all. 2500 calories but only 150 from protein which equals 600 calories. So the remaining 1900 are coming from carbs and fats, that’s not conducive to fat loss. You won’t lose fat on test with that same crappy diet. Steroids unfortunately are not the magic people think they are or are portrayed to be in popular culture. They are a supplement to great diet and training, emphasis on diet.
Go to the diet section of the forum and read and learn. Figure out what your BMR is, structure your diet to be 500 calories less than that. Then add an additional 30-60 minutes of fasted cardio in each day, plus lifting. And do that for the next year and reassess when you’re 25. Prove to yourself that you can be committed to this lifestyle and make progress naturally and build a base before touching gear.
"Thank you very much for your nice response. I guess I got a bit carried away because so many people around me are using it too
Best regards
If you can avoid using this stuff man you’ll be much better off. The ideal scenario for using steroids is someone who’s been dedicated to diet and training for many years and has built a solid base of muscle and strength, has gotten to the point where natural gains have slowed or stopped completely as they near or have reached their genetic potential, and they want to keep going. There isn’t really any smart reason to put drugs in your body for gains that can be had naturally, which obviously is much safer, easier to hold on to as they’re developed overtime, and less chance of injury as strength is developed overtime and muscle growth doesn’t outpace strengthening of tendons and ligaments. On gear muscle grows much faster than your tendons making injury much more likely. This is amplified significantly if you’ve only been training for a month and haven’t atleast spent a few years training and strengthening yourself.
If you just want to speed things up, that’s fine if you’ve atleast spent a few years in the gym training and gaining naturally. To reap the benefits of steroids you need to have your diet and training dialed in. Without that you really won’t get much out of it. And to dial in those two things takes time and trial and error.
Just because your dumb friends are doing something doesn’t mean you should to lol. You know this. In general you’ll get pretty far in life if you do the exact opposite of what most 20 something’s are doing.
Words cant express how much i appreciate this guys advice on pretty much every thread i see him comment. Id really listen to what he shares with you @retaa
Get on Retatrutide it will change your life. You will be forced to eat less and it burns fat. Keep up the gym workouts while on it.
I have a feeling you can’t get rid of love handles because you aren’t doing enough of a calorie deficit along with cardio. You’re consuming too many calories a day. You need to get under 2000… you’re eating like you are my size (6’4 270lbs).
thanks
25 and older bro. See ya next year!
1.) You’re too young.
2.) High BF% and steroids don’t mix very well because of the greater chance of aromatization.
3.) Diet naturally first, then maybe when you’re older and leaner you can dabble in the sauce, but right now you’re too young and have high BF%
4.) Blood tests are absolutely necessary - before, during, and after. Without a blood test you’re pissing in the wind, wondering why you’re getting wet…
'He's Glad you understand him
We’ve had an rash of odd ones come through recently hahahaha
Bad idea.
What’s your calorie intake and macro break down?
I currently consume 2,500 calories a day, with 150 grams of clean protein and healthy fats in my diet.
Unfortunately, I’m in a phase where I’m not tracking my macros and calories in detail.
So your diet isn’t strict.
You said you’ve been back at the gym for a month. Love handles aren’t gonna disappear in a month. Anabolic isn’t a short cut to weight loss nor is it gonna boost your confidence. Tighten your diet up hit the gym and come back when you’re 25. Even then 25 is young I’d highly recommend living the life style then revisiting this world in your early mid 30s.
