you want motivation? Take a picture of yourself naked or in briefs and put it right on your mirror you look into every day. If that doesnt motivate you nothing will. The best way to get pumped is to take another one a month later and see if anything changed. if it didnt then you know you fucked up. If it did keep going. Impress yourself before you try and impress anyone else.-

Find an exercise you like to do and start from there. Motivation comes from within. I just hit 40 years working out with no real breaks and still only do the exercises I like and feel like doing that day.

Quick motivation I turn to YouTube for bodybuilding montages/blood and guts style videos.

Longer term stuff make sure you aren’t in a training rut, you need a target and a goal to work toward, if they aren’t established it’ll hinder motivation. Bulk 6 months, cut 6 months, repeat always works for me. Also it sound corny but you need to believe you are worth the effort. Usually this goes hand in hand with other health fixes, mental acuity improvements, job/status goals, relationship strengthening, etc.

This is something that isn't spoken about enough. We have to believe that we are worth the long term effort, not just the shortcut/quick fix mentality that is so prevalent in this environment. And also that self improvement is a life long pursuit that needs to be reflected in every aspect of our lives, not just our aesthetics. I mean, how many of us trade years of life or quality of life for sick pics & Insta stories?

Go to the mall and look for hot girls. That makes me want to work out. Or go to a gun where everybody is huge so you want to improve.
