Beginner seeking knowledge and guidance

ad

I'm 5'11" 220lbs and 34 years old. I just got back in the gym after a couple year hiatus. I'm not in great shape, I've put on fat and lost size so I know I'm going to have to put in some time in the gym before I add gear more than likely. But if there's something that would help me with a little size and getting rid of my belly getting back into things that would be great. So can someone give me a rundown on how to get ready to cycle, places to get any info I need on gear and cycling, good 1st cycle ideas, and anything else I need to know. I really don't know much so someone please point me in the right direction and help me gain some knowledge on this stuff.

Start with a little tren. Superdrol. Test 500. Nah nah. Don't do that. How long have you been back in the gym? For starters. What your daily macros? What's your maintenence caloric intake? What's your training/ cardio look like? If all that stuff sounds extreme to you. Get into until it don't. Gain until you can't anymore. Then you can talk about starting a cycle.

Get your diet dialed in first and foremost
Then test only to start

Super beginner stuff right here, but the r/steroids subreddit, in the right side (on PC) theres a bunch of wiki links that talks about things such as Your First Cycle, TRT, Homebrewing, anything other than sources tbh.

Other than that, just general youtube and forums posts. If you wanna DEEP dive read medical journals and books.

Too Lazy to find books? Thats cool, here's a Dropbox link of stuff collected over the years LMAO
