+ 1 2nd Cycle Input: NPP, Test C, Anavar, Cialis

Hello again, I'd like to begin by discussing the previous cycle I ran. Very simple 500mg of Test C for 12 weeks and then coming back down to 250mg per week (125mg 2x per week) since. Currently 8 weeks off my previous run, blood looks good, and am looking to add more size.

Last Cycle Issues: Water retention was a big one, headaches, minor shedding, etc. Once the diet was dialed in the water issues went away. I will plug the diet below to give further insight.

Plans this cycle: 12-16 weeks

Test C: 250mg/week

NPP: 400mg/week

Anavar: 50mg/day , spaced between two meals

Cialis: 5-20mg per day

Aromasin: 25mg as needed

My questions pertain to dosage, and timing of starting Anavar. This is not my first go with it, I really enjoyed it last time but have been told to run it the entire cycle. Is that something anyone has done and what are your thoughts? I'm worried the test is too low as I am currently running 250mg/week right now on trt.

Im curious what to expect pertaining to gains that I can keep coming to TRT again after, and any side effects (reduced libido, depression,etc.) and how to manage them better from anyones personal experience.

Current Diet: Meal every 3 hours

Meal 1
2 whole egg, large range free
1.5 cups, egg whites
1 cup, dry measure, instant oats, add cinnamon
1 cup, Elizabeth Granola
4oz banana

Meal 2
50g hydrolyzed whey isolate
3 Thomas bagels
1 cup, blueberries
4 TABLESPOON natural almond butter

Meal 3
9oz chicken tenderloins, breast, lean ground or 99% turkey
12oz white or jasmine rice
2 TABLESPOON extra virgin olive oil on food

Meal 4
8oz chicken tenderloins, breast, lean ground or 99% turkey
12oz white or jasmine rice
1 cup, diced green beans
4oz avocado or 4 TBSP hummus

Pre Workout on back and quad day only:
30 min prior
25g hydrolyzed whey isolate
5 rice krispy treats

Post workout all workouts
16oz unsweetened apple sauce
2 bagels

Daily water: 192oz

Training Split: 5x a week , usually train at 5am fasted except on quad and back days.

I hope you don’t mind but I’d like to use your nutrition plan, I don’t think I am even eating enough calories to bulk up.

Biggest question is what can one expect from this combo regarding what you will gain vs potential side effects?

Diet has been the same and blood work is good prior, during (7 week mark), and post cycle. I didn't like the 500mg at end of it to be honest, side effects started getting worse in the final three weeks progressively. My coach is suggesting adding nandrolone to put on size at this point given the length of my frame.

When I said dialed in above, I meant counting for sodium intake. food prep changed regarding salt and that made a big difference.

250mg a week of test as TRT? That's more of a "cruise " as opposed to TRT. You are essentially on cycle all year round

100% agree lol . I've been on 250mg for almost 8 months except during the 500mg cycle as detailed above.
