-2 10 Weeks Test E + EQ + Anavar (while DT1) (Advise)
Hello Everyone;
Hope everyone is doing well !
Since i got censored (because i talk about one of the taboo molecule, i will do my best to not talk about it just take in consideration that i am Type 1 diabetic since the age of 9 (2008)
Before I begin, I want to make a disclaimer regarding DT1 molecule. It goes without saying that I do not encourage anyone to take "taboo molecule" given the risk-benefit ratio. It is a very situational molecule and, if poorly assessed, can be relatively dangerous (hypoglycemic coma, neurological sequelae, or death). For off-label use, do not rely on the bro science associated with these effects, as you risk being proportionally disappointed.
When you have Type 1 Diabetes (T1D), this disease, unlike other variants (T2D, etc.), is not directly related to family history or a poor hormonal profile. It is more or less random, an irreversible autoimmune disease (for now) that destroys the pancreatic cells that naturally produce "taboo molecule". It’s like if one day your testosterone production suddenly and irreversibly stops. Once declared, it manifests through a ketoacidosis crisis which induces (if not detected quickly) a metabolism (ketogenesis) that consumes fat.. Without "Taboo molecule" your body is unable to assimilate glucose, so it consumes your fats until a critical threshold where you become dehydrated at the cellular level, fall into a coma, and die. In my case, I was taken care in an accute state of anorexia (20 kg / 44 lbs, the weight of an empty barbell).
I got a protocol of fast-acting "taboo molecule" and long-acting "taboo molecule" designed to mimic the natural secretion of "taboo molecule" in an well being human. (Think of it as TRT but for the pancreas). The pancreas (when functioning properly) continuously micro-adjusts the "taboo molecule" levels to counterbalance the free glucose in the blood, and during significant intake, it creates a proportional peak. In this case, the basal "taboo molecule" smooths out the natural micro-adjustments (physiological needs) of the pancreas, which is an 'average' of the needs between meals, and the bolus simulates a blood sugar spike. In practice, it's more complicated than that, but it would involve discussing dosage (fobbiden on public forum).
The only essential information to retain regarding Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is that overall needs are proportional to the individual's basal metabolism, just that the adjustments are made exogenously (like TRT). The advantages are the predictability of blood sugar spikes for meals and a slight anabolic effect. The constraints include increased sensitivity/resistance to this molecule. Necessary adjustments must be made to correlate with anabolic product profiles. It's not binary; there are 'safety' measures to take regarding dosage. But once found, as long as the protocol remains simple (similar product lifespans), it can be managed effectively.
From 2018 to 2021, I competed at a national level in powerlifting (at a weight of 80.9 kg / 178,3 lbs during weigh-ins). Outside of competition, I fluctuated between 84 (185 lbs) and 86 kg (189,5 lbs), with an intake of 3200-3500 kcal/day (fluctuation mainly because of glycogen, primarily water retention) At that time, Covid forced my hand a bit to simply stop my progression, and I abandoned the lifestyle that went with it for professional reasons. My weight hasn't changed much honestly (given the abrupt stop), and currently, I have been stabilized at 76 kg (165,5 lbs) with a diet of 2000 kcal/day (with a variation of +/- 400 kcal). Having now different goals, I plan to achieve the following protocol once I have sufficiently lowered my BF (14% atm for a set until december 2024 of 12%, considering to minimize certain side effects (aromatase).
In December 2024, I will undergo a week of "taboo molecule" therapy to determine the exact sensitivity ratios to this molecule, which, like aromatization, varies from one individual to another. I will apply a safety margin (0.75 of the reference dose and progressive increments based on basal metabolism (glycogenesis), which will likely increase and therefore lower blood sugar, then increment based on controls).
The protocol will start in January 2025, i will go for 10 weeks of cycle. (see the table)
(Given that my goal is purely to aim for lean mass with strength gains and general abilities allowing me to handle 3 sessions of (S/B/D and variants), 2 supplementary sessions (specific strengthening), and 2 Kickboxing sessions per week. I do not wish to exceed 83 kg / 182.9 lbs (variable reference could be more could be less) with a low body fat percentage (no fixed reference but below 9-8% if that seems realistic) and will try to aim to maintain 2 cyle a year depending on how much i loose the gain afterall.
Looking forward to your feedback, especially from the most experienced users (and T1Ds who might have similar experiences). Wishing you a pleasant day!"

take NAC/TUDCA for liver support
Thank you for your feedback! I don't know these molecules well; is it similar to Liv52? What are the typical protocols for Tudca, for example?
I'd add week 15 pct 10mg nolva. I still think 10 weeks bold is too short honestly.
You mean that Week 15 i should be at 20mg of noval ?
anvilI will never understand 10 week cycles on long esters. All you will be doing is have 5-6 weeks with peak serum concentrates and from what you said you will do this 2 times per year? What is the goal? You Mention 2 sessions of kick boxing , but more than likely with eq you blood pressure will go up so what then?
Concerning the goal, i don't aim on bulking, or achieve bodybuilding purpose. I aim to maintain bodyweight in range (for competitive purpose), my main objectif it's to earn an enhenced lean mass compared to bodyfat ratio. Good anaerobic performance (EQ tend to be benefitial for that) and concerning the blood pressure, it's true that it can be a huge concern to be honest with you I don't know at the moment how high it suppose to rise on EQ. Naturaly (on a daily basis) i got low blood pressure. Not alarming condition but still it's my condition so guess i will keep head-room to manage it ?
Also i aim on doing 2x cycle/y because i know that i will lose some muscle mass when i'm off. So in order to maintain an overhaul constant physic. I aim for managing a cycle, maintaining the best i can the enhencement. And rolling again. I think more cost effective thant going TRT. What do you think ?
anvilI think low dose stable hormone levels long term are most effective for your goals. Seems like if you have low blood pressure you should be okay but be mindful. It will still increase rbc to above range.
I don't worry about cost because nothing about this is cheap and I am result driven. Hope these answers benefit you.
I greatly appreciate your feedback and transparency. Your comment is very relevant to me, and I thank you for it! I will take it into consideration, especially regarding 'increase rbc.' When you say 'low dose stable hormone levels long term are most effective for your goals,' do you mean not doing any cycles or just doing one per year?
anvilWell, for you might be different but I would stay on test all year maybe running eq a few times a year but longer than 10 weeks. Keeps yourself above range T all the time as long your blood work looks good.
For me I basically run 2 20 weeks phases per year the other 12 weeks I cruise, although this year will be longer cruising because I felt great and stayed on 200mg test/ 300 primo for 8 weeks rather then the 6 weeks. The longer time you have full blood serum levels the better your results should be.
The reasoning is logical, but I have a simple question. I read on the forum that once you take an exogenous supply of testosterone (or related compounds), whether it's 300mg/week or 1g/week, the desensitization of natural production (without HCG stimulation) is reduced/canceled within 3 days, and the longer the cycle lasts, the more difficult it is to return to normal post-PCT. What do you think?
anvilBig picture vs small picture. There are many accounts of long term users that have recovered after 20 years plus. Otherwise no pro bodybuilder or competitive strong man would ever be able to reproduce. Yes it more than likely takes longer, the longer you stay on but nothing is free. Going in half way in hopes that you will not have side affects isn't really worth it in my eyes. Accept that what you do will have consequences and try to mitigate that as much as possible but it still will be some negative affects to some degree.
"Accept that what you do will have consequences and try to mitigate that as much as possible, but there will still be some negative effects to some degree." Good mindset and strong argument. Thanks again for your feedback!
You wrote this yesterday. So why do it again
Because it was censored the "taboo molecule" is not allowed on public (and i was mainly naming the brand, and the molecule to canceled potential OD).
Your PCT is shit. And you are starting it while the test and EQ are still in your body at high concentrations.
Als a 10 week EQ cycle is too short due to the half life.
I suggest not doing a cycle and first read on the forum what a proper PCT is.
I made a mistake when reporting the info in the table, the halflife of EQ et Test E is about 2 weeks. I stop de HCG two weeks before the start of the PCT. And the PCT 2 Weeks after the end (week 10).
Your PCT is still sub par check how to do a proper pct with nolva. 10mg is not enough the first few weeks.
When I said "I will undergo a week of "taboo molecule" therapy'" I was referring to the hospital. It's a program I joined upon request to be precisely monitored and know the exact sensitivity given for "UI / Lowered amount of blood sugar".
